Comfort Inn Evanston I-80

Bed was very good

Poor lighting. No ice machine on our floor. Ext door close to our room not functioning.

Tile floors in room, .floors cold, ok for pets, not for humans

Lack of training for front desk, lack of organization, room wasn?t clean, bedding smelled like body odor, and tons of noise

The room was dirty. Ii went and got a mop and removed up spills that was left on the floor. Bed terrible.

I thought the room was for non smokers, but I could smell cigarette smoke, room had dust, could have been cleaned better, bed was uncomfortable, room was by an exit and stairs, it was loud due to exit door being open and closed, Room 102

It was next to a semi truck parking area. 10 trucks idling all night long does not make a quiet night. Bathroom door bound up. Force to open and close and loud squeak. The room was a king suite. We expected a table and chairs. Not.

Location was good and sheets were comfortable

Room was dirty with stained bedspread, toothpaste all around mirror, dirty walls, disgustingly dirty floors and a cracked shower floor

Clean room. Spacious and cozy. Small bathroom

Charged 20 for pet to stay. They should put that on the ad

receptionist was unfriendly, the breakfast area was unstocked and not kept clean

Passing through on I-80, I've stayed at his Comfort Inn a few times and have always has a great stay. The rooms were always clean and the staff were great. They have a hot breakfast that includes waffles, eggs and bacon.

For this latest stay, I was shocked that I had no hot water for showering! I informed the front desk staff about this issue and they concluded that they had run the wash machines the entire day, whereby, using all the hot water. Waited until 10 pm..cold!

Large, clean room. I liked that the sink and counter were outside the toilet and tub area. More space to spread out.

Mediocre breakfast, but at least they had one.

The hotel was clean but the staff made me feel comfortable and appreciated especially with all of the snow!

rooms were a little small for 3 people and 3 days

The breakfast was nice and hot. Staff very kind.

Being on the 2nd floor with a pet. But it worked out better than I thought it would be.

The staff was very helpful. We got sick and they found us another room so we could spend the day recuperating.

The continental breakfast was a surprise that they had it open COVID has a lot of restaurants closed

They advertised an indoor pool...which they did not have filled..which is understandable with Covid...but they should be honest and notify you during the purchase
