Bathroom fan that runs continuously ( or I was to dumb to find the switch ) At times it sounded like a helicopter was landing AC unit had a major draft where it was in the wall No trash bags in trash cans Few food choices in area

Breakfast

The desk staff was terrible when we checked in at almost 1am. We had called much earlier the day of our reservation to notify we would be arriving after midnight. The desk staff had removed the counter shield and was not wearing a mask and was coughing

Fantastic breakfast and friendly service!

We had no idea where to eat locally and the town is oddly spread out. The staff was unable to make any recommendation. We spent over an hr driving and googling before leaving one restaurant, giving up and ordering dominoes.

Our stay was quiet. Aside from the cleaning crew expecting to be able to clean our room at 7:00 am, we were not disturbed during our stay.

The DIRECTV service in the room did not work after the first hour and would often freeze up. It's likely due to the remote locale of the hotel, though. We also had a room with a whirlpool tub, but the jets would turn off and on in two minute intervals.

Got a room I could view my vehicle from.

Binding machine doesn't take bills.

Breakfast was very good, options varied daily. Person operating the breakfast was very kind friendly and attentive to evryone she met!!

Fitness center was closed for remodeling.

Would not stay again

This hotel for a Hampton Inn was dirty, and has not been updated. Trouble with HVAC units/sink back-up - water would not drain - this was after changing rooms once.

it was good - nothing unexpected - the same breakfast you can get at pretty much any hotel - nothing more to say - the room layout was great actually - food in one area away from the seating which I did like a lot - the staff was EXCELLENT she made the morning like a ray of sunshine in the room - a big keeper!

Exceptional staff from the front desk to the breakfast crew. Personable and efficient. Our room, bathroom, and linens were very clean. Bed was very comfortable

The hotel was a little dated. The sliding door to the shower was stiff to move. Could use some work or replacement.

Fitness center was closed. Check in was fair as I had to knock on a door to get someone to serve us.

The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good, the staff was friendly, and you can wash and dry a large load of laundry for $10.

There was no pool.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, service was good and breakfast was filling. Perfect recharge stop.

The bathroom fan stayed on all night and the shower door did not slide smoothly.

Friendly staff, great breakfast, nice rooms. This was our second stay here. It’s our first stop on our annual travel from Ca to Colorado. Be back next yr.

We left to early for breakfast , location was perfect , we hit the interstate and was gone , very convenient

The room was nice and clean

A cold air leak was coming from the heater. The whole point of us going to stay at the hotel was to swim. We couldn't swim because we were told that it was being renovated. I tried to upgrade when I was online scheduling the room. Wouldn't let me. Then I asked about upgrading and I was told that they couldn't do it. Super frustrating

The staff were all friendly and very accommodating. The location was right off of the interstate but still quite enough. The property seems to be undergoing a renovation which is needed in order for it to be up to brand standards.

There seems to be problems with the renovation. The noise level and work being done was very discrete. You’d have to know something about construction to notice. However, either the hotel was stiffed by the contractor or this is a case of “lowest bid” because the craftsmanship is poor quality. Also, the clientele all seem to be on marijuana holidays. We were traveling with a team and it was worrying.
