Western Heritage Hotel and Conference Center, an Ascend Collection Hotel

We enjoyed our stay! The hotel is clean, staff is friendly and helpful, and the price was very reasonable!

The breakfast was the same everyday, except French toast one day, pancakes the other. It would be nice to have a variety!

The evening staff was non-existent. I had to find someone. There was no explanation of where the elevator was, checkout, or anything. My room had a weird odor, cracked paint, just felt dirty.

Bed was not comfortable, adjoining rooms and guests kept me awake. Could hear everything. Breakfast was meh.

The hotel is showing its age. Our sheets were very worn and building was dark and outdated. I would rate this as a 2.5 star hotel.

Beds were comfortable.

TV system was difficult to operate. First room was too hot; air conditioner wasn't working right. Second room had one towel. One of the beds didn't have a top sheet. When I booked it, it said 5 star, it definitely wasn't.

The staff at this hotel are by far the best out of any in Casper. The cleanliness is much better than most in Casper as well. The pool is amazing for the kids. Just to make others aware, the deepest part of the pool is 3'9". Great if you have littles

Clean room and a convenient location. Liked the fact that it was a smaller hotel with easy access to I-90.

The pool was nicer than most, and there was a restaurant inside the hotel so didn't have to travel for dinner. Beds were comfortable, and room was very clean and updated.

Restaurant was short staffed, so wait for food was long, but that is everywhere at the moment.

The Breakfast was wonderful to have a hot breakfast that didn't have sweet rolls and sweet cereals was great.

Don't have anything that I didn't like about this hotel it was clean and it was wonderful thank you for a nice stay.

There appears to be no sound deadening on the exterior and door side interior wall. I could hear conversations clear as day from the room next to us when occupants were either at their front door or at their window. same with those below our room.

The air conditioning did not work and it was 88 degrees in the room. We spoke to other people who had the same issue. This hotel knows it is a problem, but does nothing to fix it.

Close proximity to everything. Great location! We appreciated being able to do laundry as well.

The pool and surrounding area were dirty.Large clumps of hair on ground and floating in the pool, lots of food crumbs/chunks in pool area. The first evening had dinner in the restaurant and waited an hour after we ordered to get our food and it was cold.

The only negative experience I had at the Ramkota Hotel was the bed. It was hard and I had a difficult time getting any quality sleep. I am used to sleeping on layers of memory foam, so trying to sleep on a rock hard mattress was difficult.

The hotel wasn¿t that clean as far as the room. The lobby and public places were kept clean. Blankets had stains the sleeper couch was disgusting when it was pulled out and there was a dirty rag next to one of the beds.
