National 9 Inn Casper - Showboat

Had a small breakfast but did not make it in time

Hotel was dirty, both from construction and poor cleaning of rooms. Candy and personal items around bed and tables, water pressure was non existent, very rude possible owner. Had to use back door on alley with sketchy people facing homes.

Neat and clean inn run by friendly professionals

1/2 gallon toilet flush, listen to Mr Teump

Clean room, comfortable bed, good location.

Parking was a little tight.

Price, there was access to several electric plug inns, it had the basics we needed. Fridge, microwave. Main floor room, parking for truck and 49? rv

It was old and looked old

Guns carried by people in open view, nasty staff and hotel

The price

Very small, dated room. Carpet needs stretched, cleanliness was average. Rust water comes out initially when running pipes. Very uncomfortable bed. Only amenity was the mini fridge. Ice machine on lower level. Smells strongly of cigarette smoke.

I was not allowed to stay because I'm local and I still was charged

Checking in and out was easy

The whole place smelled of cigarettes. The area was a little sketchy as well as the people who were loitering the lobby and outside. Curtains were barely hanging on and wouldn¿t close fully to block the window

Comfortable and clean

Exterior had broken down cars in back of building. Entry off street was not easy

Clean, comfortable. Ppl were very kind. Like above and beyond beautiful ppl. Never met anything like it. If I ever go back, I¿m staying w/ these ppl. The whole town was nice. Awesome breakfast lay out too.

The snow and cold outside of it. We are from Cleveland and I¿ve never needed pulled out of snow. But the town literally showed up w/ chains and shovels and we made it out w/ our box truck. Pretty magical in my opinion. God bless them folks.

Took us in out of a bad storm. Entire staff was kind and accommodating. Night shift lady was so nice. Great place to stay in that town. Clean and comfortable.

The weather is from hell. Idk how they survive in it. From Cleveland and I¿ve never seen cold like that.

The only thing good was being able to make a waffle for breakfast.

First room given was not cleaned. Second room was an ice box. The heater barley worked, the bed had only a sheet and a thin blanket, towels where damp and the tv didn't work.

Very rude desk clerk. I admit it was my fault for misplacing my photo ID and I¿m willing to pay a partial but don¿t think I should have to pay the entire bill.

The one staff works at night was awesome but the manager didn't have any customers service in hospitality and she also needs a class on customer service

The staff besides the one late night worker was the bestest

All was what I expected for this level of hotel. It had a microwave which was a good point.

The bed. The bed was in new of replacement. The mattress was really Terrible.

The front desk staff both day and night were excellent and friendly. Perfect location for traveling and making that stop just for the night as it¿s just off the freeway and two gas stations within throwing distance.

Clean comfortable rooms at a good rate and super nice staff. I wish more places were like this!
