Rodeway Inn Casper

The room had no dead bolt, there was no ice machine available, the hot water took forever, and everything was barely adequate. There was not toilet paper holder to hold the paper.

Staff was rude during check on. The door lock was not functioning properly. No trash can, no hot water, and no toilet paper, street light shining in your face all night through thin curtain.

Decor

No heat and no hangers or coat rack.

The location was good. That's about it.

Took about 12 minutes to check in. The wi-fi didn't work. There was no refrigerator, no ice machine (which you need if there is no fridge in the room), dead flies everywhere. Hair in tub. Just bad all around. Good sized room though.

They had a comfortable bed

Everything else. No Toilet paper in the bathroom. Moldy and broken tub/shower. Floor sloped. No cups. Tv would not change channels and AC/Heat unit is almost completely plugged with dusty mold which left a bad smell. Hasent been cleaned in years.

Price was good. Most staff very accommodating. Convenient location to restaurants, gas station, highway.

Took 2 attempts with long waits to check in. No TV unless we bought our own batteries. Their words not mine. No towels or soaps of any kind and no answer from the office to get any.

I waited a half hour waiting to check in, lobby was empty of an employee.

We did not like anything about the hotel room. We stayed for not even five minutes and found paraphernalia and drugs in the refrigerator.

No towels in the room. Reserved smoking room, told they don¿t have smoking rooms. TV didn¿t work, no internet. Only good thing about the place was the cleaning lady and her husband

No toilet paper, filthy carpet, smoke smell in a ¿non smoking¿ room, mold around tub, filthy rusted sink

Rooms are dirty, front desk staff is rude, only thing that was nice was the price. But in the end not worth it. Won't book here again that's for sure!

Everything was dislikable. Needs new management that's for sure!

Location

I asked for non-smoking but it was clearly there had been smoking in the room and not a little bit.

The people were very good and tried hard. Good bed. Other than mildew spot very clean.

Unable to regulate heater in room, baked all night at ridiculous temp. Shower curtain bar fell off wall and onto floor when drawing the shower curtain shut to shower. No phone in room. Skanky place, avoid.

Friendly staff

My room was very dirty, the carpeting was stained and dirty. The TV didnt work, there was food left in the fridge, dirty bathroom floor and no towels. There are a large amount of people who live there, with large trash cans full of garbage, no lid! Awf

We didn't stay here, when we arrived they told us they had no rooms. sent us to a different hotel which was in a worse location rooms were not ready when we finally got rooms no towels. This was just a bad experience

We didn¿t even stay in this hotel because when we showed up to check in there was a bait and switch that forced us to the nearby (and horrible) Econolodge. I don¿t have enough room to tell the whole story but it was awful.

I cannot speak for the Rodeway Inn due to the above mentioned bait and switch, but the Econolodge we were forced to had nothing redeeming. STAY AWAY, DO NOT BOOK RODEWAY INN OR ECONOLODGE!!
