The staff and the game room for kids I¿m looking forward to trying a Presidentialsuite

In room 135 no air conditioning and in room 157 the water would not drain when showering But the hotel is great and the rooms r nice just needs a little bit of love here and their ! The staff is so super amazing so much in fact I¿d recommend it to anyone

Staff was very slow, it took them 10 minutes to come to the front desk at check in, includes the 5 min the phone was ringing without being answered. Yes I timed it.

Lazy staff.

The staff was AMAZING. When we checked in the heater didn¿t work in our room. We were transferred to a new room in only a few minutes. The morning breakfast attendant was super friendly.

Lighting in the atrium area and parking lot was almost non existent. Large transient population in the area (close to river) made walking outside sketchy. I understand the hotel is not responsible for the ¿pedestrians¿ outside their bldg. Didn¿t feel safe

The staff as they moved us to 3 rooms trying to find one that actually had 2 beds, an air/heating unit that worked and wasn¿t held together by duck tape, and had an actual shower head (staff had to install). The staff really tried to find a room for us.

Rooms were not in usable condition- staff moved us 3 times to get room with 2 beds, air/heating units that worked and not duct taped together and baths that had shower heads and tub plugs. Pool and whirlpool were not usable - actually no water. Terrible

Drug users present. Very bad bed. Run down. You claimed 3 stars. When I checked in, I was charged again, so charged double. When I requested refund in the morning, manager was compliant, but said clerk was new and should not have been left alone.

Not much

There is NO Way this is a 3 star hotel. Homeless people out in the parking lot. Drinking and doing who knows what else. Ceiling tiles missing in the bathroom. Generally just a nasty looking hotel. Went to check out and no desk clerk could be found.

Nothing as it was so dark, no sign, no marking for registrations. Looked like a scary old motel that Econo Lodge bought. We did not check in as we couldn¿t find registration and thought overall it looked way to dark and dirty to stay the night.

Room was somewhat ok

It was completely out to date, front desk clerk yelled at someone else¿s children, and then took forever to find my reservation. Tried To make me pay again. HUGE pothole outside almost took my car and fiancé¿s car out.

The price and location

They did not clean my room during my stay and on the day I left the maids(I assume) came knocking on my door and tried to enter the room at 8:15 am even though I had not checked out yet and the check out wasn¿t until 11:00 am.

The hotel charged me for me room even though I paid ahead of time. The guy working the front desk wouldn¿t let me check out unless I paid the extra $130+ dollars. My room had a bullet hole through the window, and there were stains all over the place.

We have usually trusted a 3 star hotel to be quite nice. This was nowhere close. We tried 3 rooms before we got a key to work. One was smoked in and dirty so had to move to another. Seemed it should be rated as 2 star.

Dirty and very outdated. Stains on furniture and carpet. Kind of gross.

Room was not very clean and smelled musty. Carpet had large stains and long black hair all over the bathroom floor. Skirt on bed and curtains very dirty. Coffee maker was plugged and would not work. Went to lobby for coffee and front desk clerk was rude

Price and location were my primary concern, so that was good for me.

They did not refill the room, I¿m a coffee drinker, and my 2nd day no coffee pods were replaced and no coffee in lobby. Not a big deal, but inconvenient.

Staff was rude had rotten fruit for breakfast trashes in the commen areas we¿re full towels at the pool were empty for interior stay had to ask for more heard a lot of others Complain too

Dirty rooms and shower not working in one room, AC fan not working in another. Dirty rooms and checked in when room wasn¿t cleaned or ready. Was told on the phone $25 for our dogs to stay but upon arrival was told $25 per dog per day of stay.
