Hampton Inn & Suites Casper

Easy checkin. Clean room. Comfortable beds.

I would prefer a k-cup coffee maker. Bathroom fan was a little loud.

Easy access to freeways and quiet location.

Breakfast lacked variety I’ve experienced elsewhere.

The motel was clean and quiet. The continental breakfast was fine. The staff at the front desk was very nice.

The Hampton was clean, the staff was friendly and courteous. The breakfast was good. The hotel was easy to get to and there was ample parking.

Clean and consistent. The breakfast food and area were also better than expected.

The hot tub was out of service

The breakfasts were amazing and there were a lot of amenities: free wifi, free bottled water, and a free snack bag. The breakfasts changed everyday and were very great. They had a wide variety of food. I would rate this hotel much higher.

The carpet was wild colors, but that is very small.

It was clean with lots of extras-teas and hot chocolate, four bath towels without having to ask, a lovely seating area in the lobby, and a great breakfast!

room was very nice, clean, and staff was good. Excellent breakfast.

Our room was right above the entrance and I could hear people coming in during the late evening. The room was a handicap room and needed shower chair.

The location was perfect.

The pool was a little too small but not bad.

Professional staff. Great continental breakfast.

No!

The food choices were not very good for breakfast. We were very disappointed with the food which impacted our overall experience. Budget wise, it's important for us to be able to have that meal included in the price.

Great breakfast selection

Good breakfast

Hallways need vacuuming

Clean and nice lobby area. Breakfast is a bonus.

Clean and very helpful.

The room was spacious and quiet, even with several families in town for a youth football camp. The breakfast offered something for everyone - breakfast tacos, waffles, fruit and more. The hotel was very clean. And the team, Janine especially, was great!

The bathroom sink faucet was installed in a strange location and somehow could not produce hot water.

Complementary soup and cookies in the lobby. Updated hotel with comfortable beds

Location is east access. Renovation is nice. I’ve stayed there multiple times over many years. Buffet breakfast is not special. Coffee is decent

Coffee was good. Typical hotel breakfast offering. Offering the soup in the evening was nice.

We only ate breakfast 2 mornings. Both times the fruit was nearly empty. First morning the eggs and potatoes were good. We didn't care for the fake omelets and bacon the second so only had yogurt. We never received housekeeping in a 4 night stay.
