SureStay Plus by Best Western Buffalo

Did have a good variety of breakfast items.

Really small room and bathroom. Super uncomfortable bed that caved in the middle and stains on sheets.

Location

Hotel was not ?very clean?. The carpet was stained, dust in the bathroom, shower didn?t drain very fast. Beds were not very comfortable.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Also that breakfast was included.

Great breakfast. Nice rooms and accept pets.

Room was not cleaned everyday as we did not leave in the morning before cleaning staff left for the day

It¿s an older property that has been well-maintained and is kept clean. Breakfast area was well-stocked and clean with friendly attendant. Breakfast selections were better than most BW properties. Rooms and beds were fine and spacious.

It¿s located at an interstate crossroads so side closest to interstate was noisier. Could use thicker windows. Couldn¿t set HVAC for constant fan for noise canceling purposes.

Staff was helpful. Outside and inside doors. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast.

Keys didn¿t work twice so staff had to fix. Bathroom was small.

Good location. Good price. Clean rooms.

The mattresses were pretty hard. Didn¿t rest week because of this. Overall a good hotel though.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Clean, beautiful, modern and well equipped for older people, grab bars in the shower, no steps, easy access in and out. We will definitely stay there again.

No carpet as it¿s pet friendly. Very old could use updating. It was average

Average. Wasn¿t dirty but outdated.

The rooms were exceptionally clean. The pool and hot tub were the absolute cleanest I have ever been in.

The rooms were kind of on the small side, but they are very updated and super clean, so it definitely is not an issue.

Very clean, breakfast was great

Sitting next to the off ramp of interstate. A little noisy

Only hotel in town we could find with a roll-away ($20 charge but it was comfortable). Late night front desk clerk seemed distant at first but was very helpful when our first room smelled like smoke. Breakfast was okay - hot sandwiches.

Not enough gluten-free at breakfast. They did have some fruit, yogurt, instant oatmeal and hard-boiled eggs. Sink was inside bath/toilet area so couldn't use it when someone was in shower.

Was close to the interstate. We got caught in a snow storm and they had room available.

The room had a slight odor and the hot tub was cold but for a one night stay there are worse things that could happen.

My grandkids loved the pool. The staff was very friendly.

We were there three days. I wish the maid services would have brought clean towels and emptied the trash. We had two rooms and we had 4 adults and 4 children.

Cleanliness,.Staff,.And the owner

Room very clean , breakfast was very good,, staff very friendly

Great location off of highway

The individual room heating system is noisy and not consistent. However this was a very cold December day.

Very nice property. Professional staff, clean facility, convenient location. I could find nothing negative to say about this property. We would certainly stay here again.

Thought the price was high as there are much nicer hotels within a block for about $10 more. Overall the room was ok, but the hotel had a musty smell.

Decent rooms. Nice pool. Able to park right outside of our room. Good breakfast waffle maker and very hot coffee. Clean and quiet and comfortable
