Quality Inn Buffalo

One of the best budget hotels. Room and hotel were pleasantly nice, clean, with a great work desk, each queen bed had 4 pillows, large clean bathroom. I had a room on the back side with nice of view of a heavily shaded campground and the hotel pool.

No. People complain about breakfast but it's the standard Choice Hotels breakfast. I will certainly stay at this hotel again.

Location, close to Interstate Front desk check-

Front desk check-in was awful. I interrupted her computer playtime for which she was rude and dismissive.

We book a king bed. We got a king bed with handicap accessible. It was dirty and smell like poop. That will explain why they bleach the room so heavy and it smell like bleach the whole night.

Front desk staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. I was given a room at the back of the building which was very quiet, facing the pool/grounds and it made for a good night?s sleep.

Close to interstate

YIKES!!! It?s scary!!! Bring your flip flops-but they won?t help in the 5? of water that won?t drain in the shower!!!

The condition of the room and hotel was unacceptable. It smelled of cigarette smoke, the bedding and mattress was stained. Worst was the bugs. There was a live earwig in the bathroom and small bugs in the carpet. We left without staying the night.

We didn't stay and they charged us for it. It was filthy!!!! Bed was not even made!!!

This could be , no this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed. The view from our window was the garbage cans. The bed was a be a queen, it was a double, and the mattress must have been 20 years old. The room paint job was terrible.

The clerk guided us to a Mexican restaurant that was equally as bad, he was part owner. If you can delete this place from your files, I would!!!!

We did not even stay. The hotel was neglected and surrounded by homeless people and people partying.

The hotel was very clean. The staff, Billie and Carrie, were very pleasant and accommodating. The A/C was not working, and they provided a fan in the room. We never ended up using the fan.

The AC units in the rooms are not allowed to be used due to a fire hazard and were shut down by the Fire Marshal. They shouldn't be open.

Free breakfast

The air conditioning was not working so our room was hot after being in the car for 12 hours and having an exhausting day, it was a huge disappointment, and it wasn¿t a cheap motel.

Convenient location, friendly staff, parking close to the room

The room was clean and the staff was nice.

Ice machine was down. The ad said there was an indoor pool and hot tub, not true. Outdoor pool out of service. Son's room kept getting card shut off/locked, every day. Beds not made during stay.

The location is amazing with food nearby.

The shower was not clean. The AC in my room did not work. The onsite ice machine was out of order. Large firms like Choice Hotels should have these items taken care of immediately and rooms taken out of service until repaired.

The breakfast was good.

The room was small with a musty smell. The pool was not in operation.

Broken security doors and ice machine. Pool shown on review but it's actually not filled. Should have brought my skateboard instead of swim trunks.

TV did not work so we had to move. Couldn¿t get hot water in new room. A call to the desk said that water had to run 7-10 minutes to get hot!!

Park outside room

1) Carpet was filthy 2) Deadbolt did not work 3) Large gap under door and night temp was below freezing 4) Sink was clogged and would hardly drain 5) light above sink had a loud buzz 6) Tissue container was empty

A low cost hotel with no frills. If you just need a low cost bed for a night, it'll work. Rooms are decent sized.

Breakfast is ok, not great. TV's are small.
