Close to the interstate

It was dirty and it smelled terrible in the so called suite. The carpet was so gross and sticky that we had to wear shoes in the room. The hot tub looked so gross that I couldn't bring myself to use it. I felt like looking at the room made me need ashower

It smelled terrible, for pet friendly there was no area to walk them. I ended up not staying there and just lost my money. The front door wouldn’t shut all the way. Front desk man was not friendly at all

Run down , smelly, poorly maintained. Breakfast was extremely limited.

When exiting the parking lot, it isn't possible to go west on National Rd. Instead, you must go east on National Rd, turn right onto a side street, & then turn around to head in the other direction, or make a U-turn on National Rd & risk getting ticketed.

Price and proximity to I-70

Noise level from pacing back and forth on level above Tub water back up from badly clogged drain

Clean -roomy - affordable

Staff was nice bed and bathroom were perfectly clean and comfortable and it felt safe and quiet

Nov 23 desk lady was super nice.

Nov 23 gentleman at desk was less than cordial & was actually dismissive. He did not like his job. Poor representative of the company. I tried to be cooperative, but he was minimal at best. Will not stay there again.

It was clean, staff was very nice & most importantly was the price.

No. I was there for a national senior tennis tournament & also stayed there last year.

Friendly staff, good location, clean room, easy parking, and a quiet heater.

The continental breakfast had only breakfast bars; I was expecting more. the coffee was good, however.

We were greeted with a positive attitude and carrying people at the hotel front desk. We enjoyed our stay very much.

I was not impressed that the hotel did not have breakfast except granola bars and breakfast drinks. I was expecting to be able to wake up early each morning and be able to have waffles, fruit, etc. and sit down to have a full breakfast.

Clean, beds, paintings, quite.

Not enough room for morning stretch, fitness room closed, just moved furniture.

These people were unwilling to work with me. I needed to cancel due to circumstances beyond my control ( downed power lines on the interstate), they would not refund my money.

Room was clean. Location was convenient but had too much traffic noise.

Being told at check-in that they required a $55 Security Deposit on card of which $50 would be refunded. The $5 was supposedly for a transaction fee of some sort. The lone desk clerk had been on job less than 10 days but said that this fee was policy.

Nothing there were bed bugs and the hall smells of pre I wanted to puke

Was not the cleanest. Breakfast was minimal. Tv in room was small.

Front desk staff were the friendliest people I have ever met. The establishment was very clean, quiet and welcoming.

The parking lot isn¿t bad but would be tight with a bigger rig.

The staff was very friendly and the waffle for breakfast was nice.

The hotel room was dirty, especially the bathroom. The sink leaked considerably as did the toilet. Water was all over the floor. The internet was slow. The location is weird. It is only accessible from one side and the parking lot is small-ish.

it was on the quiet side

we did not have a working key so could not leave the room without one of us staying inside. When we pulled up to the hotel, it looked unkempt and their was a matress propped up to a window that was very evident as the curtain was open.
