- On site restaurant closed
- I got a key to someone else's room, then I got the key to a room that was not cleaned. They were way understaffed, and their front desk person kept calling the supervisor. The restaurant was closed! It used to be fine, but I'm not going back
- Our rooms were in the south tower this trip normally we are in the north tower but ours felt and looked very dated on this trip.
