Quality Inn Summersville - New River Area

Staff and location is amazing.

Stayed at this hotel because we've been staying here for years. Totall different not. The pool was closed the entire time. Our room smelled like mildew. None of the doors closed/opened properly. Very outdated. Alot of stains on carpet and bedding

I wish hotels would discontinue using those small bed pillows. hotel itself could use some updating inside.

Our room was next to a busy highway and was a bit noisy. I feel that a grab bar at the head of the tub/shower might be a safe suggestion.

The breakfast was good and the lady on duty was so nice.

Every time my room key was in my pocket, I had to get it reprogrammed. My choice hotel gift was a bottle of water?? The night lady was a bit rude. The room was clean enough.

Great pace to stay. Very Friendly Front desk and Great Customer service. Rooms are very clean and spacious and Beds are comfortable to sleep. Rest Rooms are clean! Great Location, Close to Fast Food restaurants and Shops.
