Quality Inn Ripley

Location and the lady checking me in at night. It was amazing and me and another guest checking in complemented her directly.

The .morning staff is vile and do whatever to get you to leave. The food was scarce and old at 7:45 a.m AC unit missing from wall open to the outside and when my roomie was locked out the manager or owner acted a fool calling the police on my service dog

The rooms appeared relatively recently remodeled so they they felt cleaner and fresher

First room a/c didn't work, had to change rooms. One had alarm clock, one didn't. Not 100% clean, we were on 2nd floor. only access outside up full flight of stairs. Only access to lobby was from outside, no elevator for my elderly parents to use.

I did not like being next door to people that live at the motel continuously they had other rooms available I asked to get moved because of a refrigerator I should have been more honest and just said I don't want to be on that side of the hotel

Everyone was so nice. Room was great and on the first floor for me.

It was hard trying to find hotel. Not signs.

The cleanliness and very quiet location Impressive breakfast

The room was all new inside bathroom included.

THe lobby was under construction so no breakfast was available as we thought there would be.

I walked into the hotel smelled musty and I waited for at least 10 min no help.

It was cheap and close to where we needed to go. The lady at the front desk was very friendly.

The shower had not been wiped out. It still had mud and dirt on the walls and on the bottom. I was the only one to use it. The toilet had not been cleaned. There were little hairs all over underneath the seat. The breakfast was disappointing.

Roaches dirty bed on floor nasty. would never stay again sending pics to Department of health

Not clean, hallways smelled of smoke, wallpaper peeling in bathroom. Air conditioning not working properly

Absolutely nothing.

Run down location Dirty room Dirty vending area (smelled soooo bad) Staff wasn¿t all that friendly. Was not thanked for my stay when checking out.

It had a fridge, microwave, coffee pot in it

But all was dirty had mold growing out of the coffee pot, butter in freezer of fridge

They let us park our motorcycles out of the rain

It wouldn't have been a bad stay if the front desk lady would have been more accommodating instead of making us feel like we were an inconvenience to her

Everything! It was filthy there were bugs. Tv had no wires of course didn¿t work. Id rather of stayed in a tent!

I could see my car from my window. There were no bugs

Room wasn't vacuumed, pee on the floor in the bathroom, moldy shower and bathroom light, there was old rancid chinese food left in the fridge, and the breakfast was just cereal and muffins with coffee.

Meet the owner then tv wouldn't work they fix it just few minute all way please over all

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful! The lobby was really nice, too!

The road getting to the Econo Lodge was not very clear, the ice machine wasn¿t working, and there were damages in the room. My wife would have hated it, but it served its purpose as a place to rest my head during my weekend trip.

Big room and relatively clean.

Some things seemed current, like the carpet, but the walls were kinda beat up with old holes from prior attached items.

Rooms are disgusting Dirty ceilings Cobwebsi in the corners My daughter would a bug in her bed sheets Couldn¿t wait to get out of there and will never be back.

Clean & sanitary. Good breakfast.

Need towel rack replaced as nd not a bigger menu nor no fresh cooked breakfast.
