Front desk staff were not friendly Hot tub is not at this location as advertised Parking lot and sidewalks covered in ice Front doors not working due to cold had to manually open and close Guest laundry out of order

It was clean and comfortable. The staff and breakfast were exceptional.

Hotel rooms had bugs all over. They had to come at midnight to shopvaac the bugs up.

Clean, nice breakfast, solid walls,away from traffic lovely scenery.

Clean and well maintained - I was concerned about being on the ground floor because of noise, but it wasn't bad at all.

The mattresses could use a little more spring.

There were bugs in room (stink and lady bugs).Requested discount on room due to this. Was told management would call me. Received no call or acknowledgement from them about my concerns.

Super gal at the front desk, holiday decorations were so beautiful and festive. My room was super super clean - housekeeping rocks! I guess during this time of year the ladybugs are everywhere!!!

The little lady bug party in my room on the ceiling. Not a complaint, the lady at the front desk said they like the light - so the bathroom light stayed on all night and they all moved into the bathroom! I had a GREAT nights sleep!

We have family in the area we come to visit. We have stayed here a lot over the years. The location is great! Not far from expressway, gas stations, restaurants and our family of course. The staff here are always nice and helpful.

This is the 1st time we ever had problems here & I politely told the mgr upon check out for reference. There were 2 lg. stains on the carpet in between the beds from a dog (love dogs; didn't bring ours). There were small ants everywhere. TV didn't work.

The broken air conditioner, the muffled TV sound the fridge that barely worked. The water squirting out of the lotion bottle. The outdated room items. The unfriendly staff.

The room and the hotel itself were very clean, very good breakfast,staff helpful. Only negative about room was carpet seemed dirty like most hotels do - they need to go to vinyl flooring. Low score on staff due to comment below

Called hotel before booking to make sure pool was open,staff member assured it was,got there and it was closed and hadn't been open for quite some time.Traveling with small kids that was main reason for booking-felt I was lied to.

We booked a room here so we could have an indoor pool. The pool was being repaired with no end in sight. Also, no decaf coffee at breakfast.

The bed was extremely comfortable.

The pool was not working. The water was green.

Location - down a back alley, between a medical supply business and a dirt wall. Service - rude, unprofessional, made excuses for everything wrong. Pool - dirty, broken. Fitness Rm - dirty, broken, smelly. Room - 1/2 outlets broken. Breakfast - mediocre.

Hotel is going through renovations. Lobby and main entrance were closed off and difficult, to enter building. Then we were told to park at end of building and use the side door. That entrance was closed off without being told, had to use small entrance

when checking in the front desk clerk surely doesn't like her job!!! very jude!!!

My favorite thing was the breakfast. For a hotel breakfast, I was surprised at how good it was. The bed was amazing and soft. Sheets and pillows were very comfortable. I felt like I was sleeping in a cloud.
