Front desk, Lou was a joy. Breakfast was fantastic.

Bathroom could use a little attention to detail.

Shower was old and disgusting. Would not even shower in it. Hamptons have definitely gotten worse. Room very dark, very little lighting. Gave us all handicap rooms which we did not need. We will not be staying there again.

Our room was flooded and had to pack all our things and move to a different room .

Basic hotel breakfast options were more then most during covid

The walls were thin. I could hear our neighbors feet shuffling on the tile floor to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Kids running in the hall after 11pm. This was on the hall next to the reservation desk.

Good location and ample parking

The huge group of unmasked patrons hanging out in the lobby, potentially exposing all the folks who are checking in (and have to stand at the desk) and trying to be careful.

It was at a good stopping point in our travels.

During our travels we stayed at four different Hampton Inns. This was the one location we were most dissatisfied with for the precautions for COVID. No masks on staff and breakfast set out as a serve yourself. Very disappointing.

Ease of access to parking. Ability to be on the ground floor, as my father has some walking difficulties.

The beds were Overly Soft. The head position of the beds in room #109, were lower than the foot level. We had to put 4 pillows Under The Mattress, at the head area to make my father's bed usable.

Convenient location, very clean room, nice shower, clean pool and lobby area

Overall, a nice experience. Friendly staff, nice room, everything was clean. The breakfast was also nice and well stocked.

The only negatives I experienced were so minor that they aren't even worth a complaint.

Could not sleep as other guests slammed doors most of the night. Evidently, they thought they were the only guests.
