- The staff was very rude. We ran out of toilet paper and towels. Had to get them ourselves. Breakfast was over at 9:00 even though the sign on the wall clearly states breakfast is over at 9:30. We got cold leftovers that we were told we could heat up.
- Hwy noise
- Very few tv channel selections, and shower needed grab bars within the shower
