Convenient to shopping, restaurants, university, and highway

No jacuzzi (lol)

Clean, comfortable beds, quiet, nice breakfast

Everything was excellent. The room was updated and spotless, bed and pillows were beyond comfortable, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. Great variety of hot and cold options at breakfast.

Comfy room, super clean property. Decent breakfast room offerings.

Great hotel! Close to restaurants and shopping, hot breakfast, pool, outdoor fire pits, and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was very good.

Location is very convenient. Rooms are good size and properly organized.

We were surprised to notice that the rooms were offered at a better price to those guests who had walked in and wanted to book for the night. Customer Service Representative was not at all friendly. More than one soap bar should be provided for families.

This hotel was incredible. The location was great, tons of food around the area. The pool was awesome. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

None of the outlets worked , staff lacked common sense when searching for our two room reservation

Great staff, great location, great price, and very clean.

The beds are like concrete slabs and the pillows are flat.

Beds were comfy clean and close to gospital

Ac could work better seemed not work as well at night

Clean. Very clean and comfortable. Helpful, professional and polite staff.

Stayed 6 nights and received 1 day of housekeeping! I was told I would receive service every other day, but never happened

Breakfast was average nothing special. Not much variety. Spoke to Asst General manager and left two messages and she had not responded, not client friendly!

staff was friendly. Great location. Super clean. Breakfast was good.

Clean updated room

Terrible night sleep. Sheer curtains in a room that was facing parking lot with lights on all night. No additional drapes to close or blinds. I woke at 12:20am and couldn¿t fall back to sleep and had a 5 hour drive home. No conditioner left

The beds were very comfortable, the hotel staff was warm and friendly and the breakfast was wonderful! We loved the outdoor seating, and especially the couches around the fire tables!

Very clean: room, lobby, breakfast area. Breakfast did include hot items (eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal). Friendly staff & great location.

Clean rooms that are very nice, good breakfast with lots of options, nice efficient staff and location is great to go to any part of town !

Nothing I experienced

It was very clean. The breakfast was very good. They offered homemade oatmeal which was a plus for me having dietary restrictions!

They had 2 fire pits which I would have loved to enjoy, but there was a group there that partied in that area for 2 nights. None of the other guests were able to enjoy them. They partied there from around 5pm until 11pm which was very disappointing.

Pet friendly, clean, comfortable.

Pool closed

Close to highway but far enough that it was quite Very comfortable beds Staff was very helpful and friendly
