- Cleanliness, specious room and nice front desk person
- It was clean and spacious
- Quiet, clean, comfortable, and friendly staff! I slept soundly, and the bed was so comfortable! Very close to hospital, and had to go to an appointment! Highly recommend this hotel!

- Exercise room was 77 degrees, needed better free hot drink options in room
- We arrived after midnight because of a snowstorm and the clerk was very friendly. We were rushed out of our room in the morning, however, at the 11 am check out time. We really just needed 30-60 minutes. We will not be staying again because of this.
