Friendly staff

First room they put me in: dirty towels & the sheets hadn't been changed. The room I switched to had been cleaned but was dusty & felt run down. The iron ruined my shirt because I didn't realize something sticky/burnt was on it. Hallways smelled bad.

If your room is on side by neighboring restaurant your room will be lit up all night! Light porous blinds and no curtains.Restaurant lights on all night!!!

Convenient location, spacious room

Because of the location, we could hear emergency vehicles from the hospital a lot.

Close to WVU campus. Comfortable room. Good breakfast. Great scrambled eggs.

Shower could have been cleaner.

Location and the young lady Megan that checked us in. She was kind and helpful during our family emergency.

They don¿t honor any discounts that benefit people that have to stay close tot he hospital for loved ones.

Water was leaking from above into a bucket by elevator. Room was dirty:white stuff on inside of window, mildew in shower, stain on comforter, crumbs under desk chair. Ice maker broken. Won¿t be returning.

Room smelled like dirty locker room. Called down to complain. They sent a guy w/Lysol & Fabreeze sprays. I allowed the Fabreeze, helped for 5 min. They offered another rm but stayed put, figured they all smelled the same. Bathroom floor didn¿t look clean

Location for the medical center. The staff was friendly and anxious to help but unable to correct the failures arising from old, broken structure and devices.

Stained filthy chair, Ironing board propped against the wall, 6" holes in the shower ceiling, Beds that you could feel and hear the springs in when you moved or sat on.

The location when going to WVU is fantastic.

Construction going on, but that doesn't excuse a dirty tub (didn¿t want to use) or a door that jammed so much we had to slam it closed. (Disclaimer: we didn¿t complain, so they didn¿t have the opportunity to fix anything. We were there overnight only.)

It was near the event we were attending

The Hotel was booked without any notification that it would be under construction and it was so obnoxious! The noise was so loud and so vigorous that the was were shaking and the texture from the ceiling wound up falling in our faces while laying in bed

The room musty, carpet dirt and old, the water never got hot to take shower, no refrig or microwave. Explained to staff and management it was necessary for medication--no help. No partial refund to stay elsewhere Ms Washington said here already.

Clean and beautiful

My bed was literally broken and the head of the bed was dropped down below the feet. I had to sleep with my head at the end of the bed.

Apparently they were doing reconstruction on the rooms. I stayed 2 nights and left more tired than I arrived.. I complained but was not offered another room or any other options options just an apology for the noise which was constant, loud and neverendin

Great location. Close to hospital and university. Friendly staff and great cookies! Beds are comfortable also!

Many things. Awful intersection to the hotel. Lobby area not inviting and breakfast area small. Room was dingy and dated. Did not feel safe at the property. Parked on side of building and my keycard would not open the door. Breakfast was not great.
