Very clean and quiet

It had none of the extra little things. No coffee pot,no hair dryer. No clean towels on our second day

The location was great and the room was very clean.

It?s a bit dated but excellent for the price.

The manager gave our room to someone else and had to kick them out and clean our room. Whoever was in there was only in there an hour and was dying their hair. It felt extremely sketchy. The room smelled like mildew. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

The location was very close to the School campus and eating places.

The cleaning staff did not clean the room the hold time I was there, which was three days; I had to even go down the stairs to get towels and an Iron.

Pillows were tiny and uncomfortable AF

My favorite cheapest hotel in morgantown . Clean & easy access to room & the hotel is close to any shopping.

Management was rude. The rooms are not very good at all.

Nice price, clean, updated room, friendly, helpful owner, good location in town right near shopping center and highways- would stay again.

Location to location. Close to the WVU football stadium and Basketball coliseum (walking distance)

Could use some updates, the parking lot could use some clean up.

The closeness to the hospital

At 2 am I killed a cockroach in the bathroom. When I got up in the morning I had been attacked by bed bugs

It is a bed to sleep in. And the bed wasn¿t uncomfortable. Quiet - could only hear when the upstairs neighbor dropped their suitcase.

Needs some love and attention - bathrooms are dated and ceiling has mold or stains on it.

Price and convenience of location.

Yes. I don¿t like how the other guest are allowed to be loud well into the night playing their music and arguing. There was no staff member thy came and told them to be quiet or anything. I shouldn¿t be woken up at 3am.

nice bed and hot water and reasonable rate for emergency--son in hosp needed inexpensive room for stay due to length of time needing to be there

poor communication, didn't want to clean room or replenish towels, vending machine in hall by room door, loud guests in hall by vending machine, questionable area for drama

The location is about all I can say.

Very outdated hotel and not the cleanest. Mattress was worn out and the Television only pick up 1 channel and it would be on and off. The linens were filthy and in bad need of replacing.

Clean, comfy, most of the staff was friendly

Breakfast was terrible. At 7:00 am only things available were orange juice and white bread. Staff member said boss was bringing milk, but I wasnt able to wait

Location was good, and it was adequate for what I was doing. Just needed a clean bed and hot shower, that it met that requirement.

It is definitely older. Our room had been vandalized in the past, and wasn't in wonderful shape, but was adequate for our purposes. The staff was great, no complaints there. The toilet had plastic peeled on the very back of the seat, so wasn't thrilled

room 210 the mattress was worn out... my back was killing me the next day...something was all over lampshade ...scratches in wall to see red paint which at night looks like blood

Close to hospital

Very run down and dumpy on outside. Ask to see room before paying. Don't usually do that.

It was convienent to WVU and lots of food choices

Cable did not work and the matress was very uncomfortable

The whole staff go out of there way to make your stay the best. Treated my kids great so that wins me. Sausage biscuit in the morning with an oj started my day while the kiddos loved the honey buns. Worth it. Give them a try.
