Quiet room and friendly staff

Hallway carpet needs replaced. VERY DIRTY CARPET. At minimum, needs shampooed. I don't know if that would help much. It was pretty filthy.

Price before deposit was thrown ou us

Having to pay a $50 deposit was a surprise,left room as clean as was when I got there ,then waiting 5 days before I get deposit back is too long should be next day

Toilet didn't flush. No hot water. Room stunk

It was completely filthy. The floors, tub, every service was dirty.

The 1st room the ac didn't work the second rooms again ac didn't work in one of them the bathrooms where disgusting I have pics. I paid for two rooms and we could ONLY use one as again the ac wasn't working in the second set of rooms.

The only reason I am giving 1 star for this hole is because the hot water was steaming hot. If I could, I would give it ZERO STARS !! Unfortunately I paid in advance or would have asked for my money back and go somewhere else.

Everything in this place is disgusting-The floors are filthy, the tub has ingrained dirt, the sheets and towels are so old they are pretty much see-through.The tub drained slow so you have to stand in dirty water. Even an addict passed out by dumpster.

Location and price. It has improved since I started staying here two years ago

When I went to check in, they claimed they didn't have a booking for me and tried to make it seem like I screwed up and actually booked it for a different day. However, they had been trying to charge me for the room all day, at least 10 times.

Very dirty. Outlets not covered and broken, stains on carpeting, smelled musty and dirty

I lengthy, check in process, filthy room, outdated, stained and torn bath linens.

The price.. but you get what you paid for.

Disgusting hotel. My blanket was full of cigarette burns when this is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel. The hotel has roaches, I saw one in my room. The floor was dirty, had candy wrappers under the bed and lots of dirt and food crumbs under the sink.

They made me put a security deposit in my room after i paid for it . they were supposed to take it off my card when i checked out it showed up on my statement. I talked yo somebody who would not speak good english.

Clean and quiet. Comfortable bed. Microwave and fridge were great.

dirty rooms. dirty toilet. bathroom light did not work. sheets dirty.

The initial room they gave us had not been cleaned so they had to switch rooms. The staff was hard to understand and spoke to each other in a foreign language. The room was not very clean. Bathroom was in disrepair. The show curtain rod was loose.

The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. the a/c worked and so did the tv.

outer perimeter door was unlocked (even though given a key for that) Room looked like it was somewhat remodeled, but could use new comforters on the beds. The bathroom door was unusable and tub and sink looked worn and dirty. (did not shower during stay)

Low budget, could be a little cleaner and better kept, but you get what you pay for. Staff is friendly.

Convenience and willingness to accomodate.

Work going on rearranging furniture in rooms. Very noisy. Thumping and banging. Sounded like a Basketball game was going on upstairs.

STAff slow, rooms smell beds horrible. No bugs in our room.

Hallway carpet looked like an EPA violation. Garbage was piled up beside the rear doorway and on sidewalks. It smelled like a garbage dump.
