Quality Inn Morgantown

Breakfast was good, beds were comfortable, room was clean.

The road leading up to the the hotel needs to be repaired.

It was in a poor location and we want refunded or a credit issued.

The breakfast was really good. What I really liked, however, was the heat/ac unit under the window. It was new, effective, and quiet.

I was a little bit annoyed when checking in that there was no clerk at the desk and I had to wait around for 5-10 minutes for him to finally show up.

The pool. They put us in a room it was easy to take our dog out.

Not all exits had key card entry .

Parking was well lit.

There was so much I didn't like about the hotel. It was grungy. Not clean. It just gave me a creepy crawly feeling. Just walking down the hall to our room, the carpets were dirty. Hair in the sink in our room, hair on the carpet in our room.

Nothing it was a disappointment

AC did not work very well I had to buy a fan to help cool the room. The front desk did not have one The hallways and exterior were dirty and we had very noisy neighbors the entire stay we had no screen in our first floor room an it did not lock

Room was grimy and smelled horrible. I would not have stayed but our flight was delayed and we couldn?t get a room that late. I seriously considered driving 2 hours home at 2am, rather than stay. I plan to send a request for a refund this afternoon.

FOOTSTEPS OVERHEAD AT NIGHT FOR HOURS. COMPLAINED, NO RESULTS. DOOR HAS LOTS OF LIGHT SHINING THROUGH THE EDGES. SPOOKY IN APPEARANCE. DRIVEWAY HAS LOTS OF LUMPS. RAN OUT OF EGGS AT BREAKFAST, JUICE BAR NOT WORKING. THIS PLACE WAS NOT WORTH THE $

Honestly nothing

My room smell like cigarettes, I went for breakfast around 6:10am, the food was completely cold, coffee and orange juice tasted disgusting. At checkout, the front desk guy was playing on his phone, did not bother to get up receive key & print my receipt.

Low Price

Room key and room lock did not work. Much time and effort necessary in order to re-enter our room. Breakfast is provided but poor quality. Overall cleanliness is average at best. We will not stay in a (so-called) Quality Inn again.

Nothing!! It was dirty, there was dried urine on the base of the toilet and splatters on the bathroom wall, the handle on the bathroom faucet fell off. Last, but not least, when I cancelled the reservation for the 28th (3 days later) I was not given a ref

Already mentioned above. We were afraid to even try the free breakfast. Beds were very uncomfortable.

Room was on first floor and next to stairs. Heard every footstep above us and on the stairs. TV was not synced with the remote. Stayed two nights and did not get room cleaning.

The hotel room had not been cleaned. There was dirt on the floor, a baggie secured over the smoke alarm and the toilet had not been cleaned.

Staff was great.

Breakfast was pathetic. No sausage or bacon; kitchen too cramped. No courtesy newspapers. My microwave had an old food wrapper in it.

There was a used contact in the bathroom. The room smelled. The beds were very small. The breakfast was minimal. The staff was not accommodating or even receptive to concerns. I honestly am turned off to future stays at Quality Inns.

Clean front lobby.

Room was alright. People were slamming doors all night and morning. No elevator access that I saw.

Front desk attendant was helpful and friendly. Breakfast attendant was hard-working. Some improvements had been made in the room (fresh paint, new bathroom fixtures). The common area was very nice.

The room was not entirely clean and some items were shabby (lampshade had a hole and was covered in dust, desk chair was tattered, rugs and tile had some stains and debris). The two beds were full, not queen, and the 2 pillows each weren't generous.

hotel was dirty front desk came to my room to kill a big then found 2 roaches right after . Notified front desk i was checking out a day earlie due to bugs and cleanliness . front seat apologized and said I could not get my money back for leaving early.

also had no room service front desk said u had to ask for it during check in! how would we have known cleaned room and had to take our own trash out it was horrible

We really liked how affordable the room was and how nice it looked inside for the price. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Lack of options for breakfast.

There was a splat of makeup on the wall by the toilet. It actually looked like poop. It would have been nice for that to have been scraped off.
