Quality Inn Lewisburg

Location

Requested a Quiet location, 2 Queen bed room. Received 2 Double sized beds instead, and a room located above the hotel bar and patio, where the motorcycle riding patrons were loud and at the bar and patio location until late night. Paid for a 2 Queen room

Water pressure and hand rails in the bathroom to include the roll in shower. (Lewisburg WVa had a problem with water pressure/supply for years until recently.)

TV not working. Rooms need to be renovated. I had booked a double room, was given a single bed.

The staff and the rooms were excellent.

The outside carpet and area was not as clean as it could have been.

Quality Inn is the Best part of my trip to Lewisburg. Always super clean and well maintained, Hotel employees and the rest of the Staff there make sure that everything is in Tip-Top shape and customers are enjoying a First Class experience!

I hated that I was only there for the weekend! Wish I could’ve stayed longer

Proximity to town and the pool

They kept taking unauthorized money out of my bank account. AND I paid you $-- more each night ($-- total) than they charge at the front desk! BYE!

Location. It was clean enough.

Older and dated.

The hotel was a good price and conveniently located close to downtown.

One of the members of our party found his bathroom dirty.

The hot breakfast was really good and the staff were friendly and capable.

There was no elevator! This was not made known to me when I booked a room, or I would have made sure to get a first floor room. Also, the beds were not very good.

The room was clean and the shower was awesome. Also, comfy beds! It was a good value for the price.

There was a boil water advisory, but if you never went to the front door, you wouldn't have known it. So, if you ate out and not at the buffet...out of luck....

About what you would expect for a quality inn. Room was ok, breakfast was really good for the price. The staff were all pleasant and helpful.

We had chosen a room for pets and you absolutely could not tell. It was so clean. No smells.

front desk employees were not helpful at all toilet leaked and flushed all night every 40 minutes or so we let front desk know some one came but did not fix so we turned the water off to toilet every night and back on in the am not happy at all

Non smoking room smelled strong of smoke. Was sent to an occupied room. Many trucks taking up multiple spaces could not park near our room

The location, and Breakfast was good.

The pool was dirty didn't look like it was cleaned for awhile. I would recommend this place it the pool was cleaner u know how teens are they like to go swimming.

Lobby was very nice, and room was clean.

The air conditioner quit working.

Hotel was clean and in a nice location. The clerk was very nice and accommodating. He offered several restaurant suggestions.

We decided to eat in the restaurant as we were a bit tired from driving. The waitress was polite and nice but very slow. She spent most of her time talking to others and/or tending to making drinks at the bar. The food was ok.

Our hotel room was on the ground floor that I requested because of mobility issues. The room was clean and plenty of clean towels. The AC worked and was able to keep the room at an ideal temperature for us.
