Was being renovated, plastic over the windows, pool was closed which was a determining factor in selecting it.

Clean, great staff

The 84.00 fee for a dog is the reason I would not stay there again.

The staff: I arrived late due to a traffic accident on 81. The man at the desk was very friendly and efficient. The lady that was facilitating the breakfast was wonderful. She always smiled, and kept everything stocked and very clean.

Clean, spacious room, easy access from highway. My 11 year old liked the predictability.

Breakfast felt stripped down (no dark coffee, no cheese to top eggs, not many choices of muffins, 1 flavor of yogurt). It was just fine, but not more.

The proximity to stores and our family we were visiting. Nice room and cleanliness

We booked here because the hotel had a pool. We were visiting my granddaughter who is on a swim team. She wanted to show me her techniques. Of course the pool was closed because the chemicals were not right. I think we should have received a discount

closest to the area I needed to be. Besides street construction easily accessed from the highway.

The front desk and lobby smelled like smoke from people smoking to close to the doors.

This hotel was wonderful--comfort bedding-cleanliness in our room as well as the dining area/gym/lobby. All of staff courteous,helpful--the location is easy access to 81 but far enough away you dont have lots of interstate noises. Waffle House across road

We are two 80 year olds who usually do not spend more than one night at a time in-one place as we travel. We kept waiting for room service. As we checked out we discovered we had to ask for it. Who knew? Four days without even a clean cup, or a towel.

They offer breakfast and fitness room. The staff were extremely hospitable and efficient.

Maybe a little longer hours with breakfast.

The staff was friendly when we checked in and out. The lady who was working the breakfast was very nice as well. We got snacks because my sister was a rewards member which was awesome.

There was a bad smell in the hallway when we first arrived. Luckily, it went away.

The location was perfect for my needs. The staff was very nice and the establishment was very clean and inviting.
