Hampton Inn Winfield/Teays Valley

Dirty room, paper thin walls and I could hear everything the people beside me were saying and they weren?t even being loud. I could hear their toilet flush, even. I found hair on the floor and the carpet turned my white socks black.

Easy to find and great location

I was told by the guy when I reserved the room that their was a hottub/jacuzzi in the room by the bed, when I got there that wasn¿t the case. It had a small whirlpool tub in the bathroom. The room beside me had a dog that wined and barked a lot.

I was so impressed of the safety of the bathtub/shower with the hand rail and the texture of the bottom on the tub to prevent slipping. The breakfast was great, Hotel employee that works the desk is so helpful. All staff were very king. Would definitely return

Picked locstion b /c of proximity to hospital where we had a family member, otherwise would not have. But we had a great stay which exceeded expectstions clean, comportable rooms, helpful staff.

I always appreciate the consistent quality of Hampton Inn and the value for the price.

The facade renovation made it so that I could not look out my window, but this is a minor complaint--the property is getting better!

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast.

They did not have maintaince on site for snow removal and we had to dig out our own parking spot. Nor was the parking lot salted to prevent slips.

Nothing!! This hotel was IS WAY OVERPRICED!!! So outdated and doesn¿t meet the brand expectations AT ALL!!

Easy to find, right off the highway. The staff was friendly and inviting.

The bed was rock hard and the toilet overflowed easily.

I didnt like that after my terrible nite stay up all nite with this idiot beside my room keeping me up all nite fighting with his girl..said he had a gun..cops came and took him away..I was up all nite..not 1 person from hampton checked to see how I was doing..no money back..no nothing from manager..nothing !Won't ever be back !!!!!!!!

Good location and staff was great.

Jets in tub did not work and carpet in room was very dirty.

Everything was great. Breakfast was good. Check in was smooth. Hotel was clean no issues

Nothing everything was great

Location was fine--housed between two restaurants and just off Interstate.

My room was dirty! There were food bits on the bathroom floor and when I wiped it up, I had a filthy cloth full of hair. Very gross. The room and bathroom were dusty. I could not believe that it a was "a Hilton property". It turned out to be pet friendly and not just "service dog" friendly. I will not stay there again. When I woke up the next morning after a poor night's sleep due to the noise, my eyes were red and swollen terribly, due to dog allergies? Dust?

I have stayed here several times. It always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.
