Sleep Inn Charleston North

This Sleep In is very clean. The coffee and snack area is a really nice touch. Staff is very friendly. There is a restaurant literally feet from the hotel. Easy access from the highway. This location seems to be a hit with the senior population.

The hallway had a very stinky stale cigarette smell.

Breakfast was fantastic. Warm cookies when you arrived and popcorn. Modern, clean room. Next door to a restaurant. Quiet.

Staff went above and beyond--especially at check in .

Breakfast was adequate and clean + well-presented. But a typical hotel breakfast--nothing exceptional.

Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great.Location awesome .Just off the freeway

My friend and I have stayed here many times to attend concerts in Charleston, WV. We love everything about our experience here. The staff is Awesome and Friendly! Bed and shower are Great! And breakfast was delicious and filling. Price Is perfect 😃

It offered us potato soup which was welcomed after driving 8 hours . Nice touch

No it was great. The toilet in our room was loose but everything else was great

Everything was exceptional, extremely clean, staff was phenomenal, they had cookies and popcorn upon arrival. They accommodated me as I needed an earlier check in due to an early morning eye surgery.

Not a thing, the Sleep Inn is exceptional

Friendly staff. Located next to a nice family restaurant. Breakfast was good.

This hotel was the best hotel I've ever stayed at for the price point. Hot cookies and popcorn every night. A really nice hot breakfast every morning. Extremely quiet and safe area. Wonderful hotel.

This place is PERFECT.

Popcorn & cookies

Room noises on 1st floor

Professional staff

Small rooms, cheap towels

It seemed to be well run. I thought it was clean and liked the staff.

The room, and the bed, were on the small side. I also didn't like the bathroom setup; shower and toilet together and sink on the outside.

Cleanliness, comfortable bed, friendly staff, nice breakfast selection

I guess being close to the interstate is a convenience, but it is very noisy at night

Sweet & helpful staff! Comfy beds! Great breakfast! Loved that their breakfast actually had flavor. They also offered popcorn & cookies every night, always had coffee & hot tea available, and had a water bottle refill fountain! Quiet & excellent location!

Room was queen size one bed and was a bit small. But still cozy.

Quiet location. Family restaurant within parking area.

We lost power but accomodations were offered

Clean and quiet. Peaceful setting. The breakfast host is amazing. So cheerful

The daily breakfast spread was absolutely delicious. The staff was helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

We prefer a bath/shower option. Our room was equipped with a shower stall only.

Location. It was in a great location. Easy access. However, I felt safe. The view of the river was amazing. The cookies and popcorn In the lobby were a nice touch too. Finally, it was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. My room was spotless

Not a thing.

This may have been our first time staying at a sleep inn, I we were very satisfied. The hotel is one of the cleanest most comfortable we have stayed in for quite awhile.

Clean, safe, and convenient
