Hampton Inn Bridgeport/Clarksburg

They were really understanding about needing to check in when I did. I wish I could have used the pool . Breakfast was really yummy too.

Check-in was the best part about this hotel. My son & I arrived after midnight. The receptionist had the key ready with bottled waters. I really appreciated that I didn?t have to sign a bunch of papers & answer token questions.

Close to Interstate, comfortable room. Seemed a little dated but everything worked.

Breakfast did not have as wide a variety of items as other Hampton Inns I have stayed at.

Room not clean. Hair in bathroom, dirty carpet and mirrors.

Very clean and close to everything. The night time front desk clerk went out of her way to find us a couple of extra pillows and she was very nice and friendly!!!

Beds were very uncomfortable so didn't get much sleep and woke up aching all over. Shower didn't have much water pressure and the water didn't get very hot.

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. When our car battery was dead on the morning we left, one of the front desk staff kindly jumped it with her own cables and car. Staff in the breakfast area is a gem! Excellent hotel.

I was so pleasantly surprised by the staff. We checked in late at Night and the receptionist was kind. At breakfast, several staff checked on as at our table while we were eating. We stayed 2 days and both days the people were pleasant.

The staff was great. Comfort of the room was good. Breakfast was delicious.

The room carpet under the air conditioner needed attention. The bath tub material was stained from years of use.

The cookies and coffee. The comfy bed and pillows.

Dead cockroach in the bed. When reported to the front desk, they laughed it off and said, "Well it's dead." Said they would clean room; only changed sheets on one bed. Pool was green and stunk - unusable. Front desk staff rude & unfriendly.

Always love Hampton Inns. Especially the pillows & bed linens

Missed hot breakfast due to Covid. But had a huge breakfast selection & long breakfast hours

Pillows were worthless.Very cheap quality.The room for wheelchair wasn't spacious.difficult to move around. Bathroom was fine.

I have never been in a Hampton inn with no refrigerator and microwave . On this particular trip we needed both of them items . We sorry to find out we had neither . We spoke to the people at the front desk about it. They were very accommodating.

Good room, good breakfast, nice staff. This is a good hotel.

Close access to the Interstate, and all the staff were very nice & professional
