Bed uncomfortable Towels low quality

Breakfast, friendliness, air conditioning, great coffee,

No microwave in room, but we managed very well.

Everything was very old and not very clean.Ring around the toilet which was extremely small (like for an Rv or a daycare. Rooms had a musty smell.Very loud heating units and warm refrigerator.Rooms have sink outside causing roommate to wake when washing

I love the breakfast included and how kind the staff is. It¿s a plus to have the pool and jacuzzi.

The shower drain was a little backed up so it took some time for the tub to drain after showering. And I wish the rooms provided more towels

I want my money back. We didn't stay. Not at all happy.

The attitude on the guy. He wasn't very nice at all.

Staff, pool and whirlpool, breakfast.

Friendly staff, decent amenities

Noise from hall was louder than expected and when other nearby rooms would let their doors slam, our beds would shake

Convenient location, friendly staff, and a nice breakfast.

It was a good place to stay.

the people serving at the breakfast were very friendly

the jets in the hot tub were less then desirable. It felt like being in a warm bathtub.

Our room was clean and comfy, the staff was helpful.

The hot tub did not work properly. The common areas were not very clean, there was a pile of crumbs in the hallway our entire 3-night stay. The TV was microscopic.

Convenience of the location

Beds are not comfortable, whirlpool jets didn¿t work to full capacity.

Quiet and well located. Breakfast met expectations

Had accepted reservations for two king rooms and only had one. Lock was not working on room requiring help each time for entry.

Two of the last bookings made were horrible. This one at least didn¿t have cockroaches crawling in bathroom. Blood on sheets, bed collapsed when I rolled over, sheets not changed from last occupants, towels were wet like were refolded put back to reused.

Low quality motel for a Best Westren, bag breakfast, air was poor in cooling room never got comfortable cool. Beds were horrible my boyfriend and I had horrible back pain all day.

Convenient

Outdated room. Bed hard

The staff was very friendly and seemed to care about the happiness of my stay. The bed was comfortable.

The refrigerator and microwave were old and the fridge did not have a temp control. The fridge was barely cold enough to keep my drinks semi-cool.

I loved the room, it was exactly the relaxation I was looking for to celebrate my birthday.

I did not like the bagged breakfast, as I can not have carbs. All that was available were bags of either donuts and apples or muffin and apples. Not a good choice for someone that needs to have protein...

Cleanliness

While checking in, another staff member was on his cell phone with the speaker phone at full blast making it difficult to understand the employee with a thick accent checking me in.

Great location. Close to my brother's house. Pool area clean. Towels were provided. Great breakfast. Waffles, eggs, and breakfast meats. Staff very friendly. Coffee and juices available all day. I will go back!

it was very quiet and comfortable

sadly the bar is no longer open

Proximity to family; friendly staff; clean
