Grand Marquis Waterpark Hotel & Suites

Pros +

• Very very clean, staff was incredible, especially the cleaning staff, very friendly and helpful.
• I loved the reasonable price of the hotel and that it was not over crowded. The Noah?s Ark passes were a huge bonus. Location was perfect.
• Best hotel in the area for cleanliness, pools for the littles and money! Had we known how nice this place was, we would have stayed here for the entire week, but we stayed at four different places to experience different water parks.

Cons -

• The ONLY thing that made this not a full 10 trip was that both the website and the agent I spoke on the phone with said our stay included passes to Mt Olympus as well as the on site water park only to be told upon arrival that it?s only a summer offer sad
• The staff wasn?t the friendliest and it seemed like I was burdening them when asking questions.
