Days Inn by Wyndham Madison NE/Windsor

The mattresses and mattress covers were disgusting and so dirty with a nasty smell. I changed rooms but same thing. The pool area smelled of rotten eggs so bad we couldn’t even utilize it.

Restaurant next door, and Kwik nearby.

I was expecting a room with the pink carpet

The location of this hotel is excellent. I was able to get to a variety of locations quickly and with ease.

Staff were very odd. There were cockroaches. Cigarette smoke smell. Cigarette butts on floor. Rooms not very clean.

Location to event.

Could have used a little closer to cleaning detail. Also, it was not a queen size bed...

Honestly the price

The pool and hot tub and sauna was broken we had to keep switching rooms due either not being cleaned or broken items the staff was never present and breakfast was 2 hours late

Close to where my son was playing baseball

Light switch problem, a smell when we first got there , staff not to friendly . Having management call me a liar.

Restaurant close

Very dated Low staffing but hotel employee very nice-she basically appeared to be doing everything but clean rooms(which leaves nobody at the desk) Musty smelling Would not stay here again-over priced

Friendly Staff, easy to get to.

The pool area had a terrible smell. It reminded me of a stinky septic smell.

Had to re key minimum 12 times during 4 night stay Room being on 2nd floor made it the more inconvenient

Availability on a rainy night when a stop had not been planned in advance.

It was okay for a short stop.

Rooms were clean, comfortable. No smell of smoke in the lobby, hallways, and rooms, Staff friendly, Able to locate hotel directly off the interstate.

The breakfast could have more available to eat. There was no sugar, from what I could see, for the cereal, only artificial sweetener. Of course, it is free.

Location and price

Complimentary breakfast was dismal. Pillows were really lumpy.

Staff were helpful and kind.

Dirty floors, crumbs everywhere. Fridge and microwave did not work in room. Someone smoking Marijuana down the hall so that the whole floor reaked.

Closeness to my event.

Needs a lot of updates. Shower rod was falling off the wall. Needs paint. Possibly mold in shower. Too expensive.

Location

The carpet was very old and dirty looking. Shower has peaking paint. Two very old and worn towels. Furniture was very old and worn. Pillows lumpy and small. Bedspread looked like it hadn't been washed in years. Thin sheets and an extremely thin blanket

Bed was comfortable.

Lots of traffic noise from the nearby Interstate, especially on the side of the hotel facing the Interstate. Meager breakfast: cold cereal, oatmeal that you prepare with hot water, boiled eggs, apples.

It was right next to the highway. Convenient to the town we needed to be at. The restaurant across the parking lot was so good, Rodeside Grill highly recommend it. It was also a quick drive to our favorite pie at the Norske Nook in DeForest.

It was what we expected for the price. The bathroom could use updating but it was fine for one night.

Friendly staff

Pool area dirty towels laying when entered jacuzzi not working properly ..pool needed a good cleaning on sides could see dirt lines but pool was cleared ok few things shown up on bottom..don't think things were wiped down or swept overnight(sad)

beds were comfy lots of pillows & clean. Due to the scamdemic breakfast was only oatmeal and cereal.

toilet didn't flush, plugged up. used the one on the lobby level. I didnt shower because of the plumbing issue. The staff person remarked when told about it, "story of my life" Hotel management needs to address this if its an ongoing issue.

Location, continental breakfast, pool, clean hotel and friendly atmosphere.

Shower curtain did not stay in place.
