Hampton Inn & Suites West Bend

Location and cleanliness

The hot tub was down for 3/4 days we were there. The toilet is way too close to the vanity, half of the TV channels had no signal. No fan in the bathroom.

The computer room is a wonderful idea, very helpful. Continental breakfast was, not bad. Love the big screen TV

Non-smoking room smelled like a smoking room. Carpet is dingy, needs replacing

Location

The bed was very uncomfortable with a downward slant.towards the headboard. The towel¿s were frayed and torn edges and one had brown stains. Mismatched obsolete toiletries- broken tile in the bathroom. All in all I would not stay here again.

The price the cable wasn't good the shower pressure was weird.

Staff very accommodating. Room was nice, clean, had everything we wanted including fridge, microwave. Breakfast was very good with many options. Quiet location.

Very Clean, sanitizer everywhere. Great room, bed was super comfortable, could have used some water cups (plastic wrapped). Hot tub & pool was great. Breakfast was also great, good varity, best breakfast I have ever seen at a hotel in a long time!

Just confused about a handicap room being on the 4th floor ( in case of fire)

Location was the best thing. Very close to our daughters house.

No house keeping service. We had to ask for towels and we were given a plastic bag to dump waste baskets in. Price was very high for the amount of service we received.

This hotel was clean and the staff treated us great! I would highly recommend this location. I appreciated the manager,  letting us check in early!

Management was extremely courteous ...room was spotless ...food and coffee was higher grade level than you would expect from a Hampton Inn.

Even with many hotels cancelling a lot of amenities due to COVID-19, they still had everything. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and very nice.

There are currently only 2 families/parties allowed in the pool area at a time due to COVID-19, but that is completely understandable.

It was clean, and very quiet at night. The staff were particularly helpful and friendly. The breakfast offerings were varied and tasty.

It was a bit pricier than we usually do, but we booked it because it was the site for a family reunion. The stay was excellent--well worth the extra money.

The lobby/breakfast room was very clean and inviting. The breakfast offered several options to customize to your liking. The breakfast was offered from 6-10. Also like that the comforters changed for each guest.

Wish the price was a little less for a weeknight stay.
