TownePlace Suites By Marriott Milwaukee West Bend

clean,kitchenette,pool,food,coffee

The facilities are exceptional

Because they were short of help, we did our own housecleaning, retrived our own towels, etc, and shoveled the snow outside. We had to leave a day earl;y because of on coming weather. I have requested a return of a one day stay for this reason.

Hotel was very clean with nice big rooms.

Wish it had a hot tup to go with the pool.

Nice room, bed.

Breakfast was very under par. Expected better from a nicer hotel.

Close to our plans for the evening

Shower water pressure

Very good!

Perfect for the Breakfast, pool, clean rooms.Shower is not too good, they was without door for the shower a lot of water on the ground after that.

This hotel is new and has that modern look and feel. Room was very nice and clean. All staff that I interacted with were kind and professional.

The bed wasn't very comfortable and my Fiancee complained that her back hurt the next day.

Clean, spacious room, friendly staff, clean pool area, and most excellent breakfast options.

N/A, everything was perfect.

Very clean. Breakfast had options for gluten and dairy intolerance’s.

Limited staff so had to wait for check out.

Was able to accommodate us by Checking us in early@ 1pm. due to wedding! Also required rooms close and we were right across hall.

The website stated free breakfast! Waffles, pancakes ..full breakfast bar! No waffle makers out, no pancakes, food was luke warm( breakfast sandwiches) eggs were like sponges(cold) @ 915, no reg coffee left. All 3 containers empty!!We ended up going to another establishment for Breakfast!! Very disappointing!!! We told the front desk, she said "Sorry"!!! Really?? We paid big bucks for this stay!! And get a Sorry. ..

Breakfast was fine and times were good.

Ran out of coffee every day.

Quick check in and out. Friendly staff and convienence of locstion to Downtown West Bend.

Could have had a small table and chairs in kitchenette area.

The room was clean. Staff was friendly. Elevator was great.

Nothing that I could remember.

The receptionist was rude right away. The pool was not working. The continental breakfast was dry and fruit not ripe enough to even eat. The couch and be were soooo hard. Definitely won't be back. Stay with this hotel chain again. Won't recommend it to anyone.

Location is great, suite is great

a small table with 2 chairs in the kitchen area would be great. there is space there for it! makes sense to be able to sit and eat if we cook

Room was very clean and large with a lot of updated appliances - dual convection burner, dishwasher, 3/4 full size fridge, and large shower. The hotel also offered a lot amenities including a nice gym and laundromat.

Kitchen in room

Pool was too cold, kids lips turned purple shivering

Clean comfortable well planned room with basically a full kitchen, nice modern decor, good continental breakfast.

Pool heater was broken.

The room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very nice too. The beds were excellent!

We requested a roll away bed, and someone confirmed it. When we arrived, the staff person said they didn't have any roll away beds. The regular coffee in the lobby was really weak.

Clean room with plenty of charging areas for electronics
