Staff were kind and took care in their services at check in and check out and with room cleanliness and breakfast, etc.

Great cleanliness and quality of bedding and pillows.

The toilet in the hotel room and lobby had very low toilets. This short stool is physically harder for elderly people to get Anand off of.We weren't given website to connect our phones to. TV stations in rooms were awful. All basic and disappointing.

Friendly staff, swimming pool and whirlpool

Unfortunately in area where water quality is poor. Not Hotels fault, but we brought bottled water to drink.

The staff is atentative And I like their new text to follow up on the room if we are satisfied instead of us calling down to the receptionist front desk.

I don?t like that the hotel don?t have a good hot breakfast like they used to. Breakfast has become cheap now. I was kind of disappointed at the breakfast.

Location, very clean, great breakfast, very friendly staff

Very clean and comfortable room with a great breakfast. Kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub.

Conveniently situated. Always very clean. Staff is helpful, polite & kind. Breakfasts have a wide variety.

Our room had No view what so ever. Looked out at a air conditioner and a wall. Also expected a nicer looking room from a Hampton hotel. Other then that everything was fine but next time I¿m in the area I will try another hotel.

My hotel room was horrible. With th blinds closed the parking lot lights still lit up my room like I had no curtains at all. The built in unit did not go all the way to the ceiling and light just came through the top of the hole thing. Very hard to sleep

Front desk staff was so friendly! Everything was clean

If I had to say anything. You Could hear a lot of noise in other rooms. Not very quiet.

The hotel was very clean and the pool was very nice.

We we tried to extent our check out time, they told us they can't due to "quite a few" people coming that night. We were still in the area and passed the hotel around 6 and noticed the parking was almost empty.

Staff was very accomodating

It was really clean. I have to say We were very comfortable staying here considering the uptick of Coronavirus cases in Wisconsin. Restful sleep and an adequate bagged breakfast. Will be back when visiting family.

Ok, minor detail. Our sink drained very slow. We tolerated it well.
