Comfort Suites Johnson Creek Conference Center

The pool

The staff, part of the hotel smelled

Great Breakfast, nice pool and hot tub area for kids, large rooms.

Rooms weren't extremely clean and carpeting was very aged. Pool area could use cleaning.

Location

Mini fridge was noisy, not as clean as I expected, need to vacuum along the floorboards, and below the beds. One dresser drawer would not stay closed. Details in the bath again, in the corners. Very quiet location and breakfast was great! Stay again.

Room was huge, and clean

The pillows were lumpy and smelly

Price and convenience

There are three floors and the Soda Machines on all 3 were either out of service or not there. In addition the ice machine on the 2nd floor was not there. Pool also not useable

Rooms were clean, beds very comfortable. Staff very friendly and accommodating

The toilet height(standard height) seemed so low being used to Comforg Height or Handicapped height which is much easier to use for those over 60.

Size of the room and breakfast.

No hot water and grit in the bed.

Loved the pool area. Missed the hot tub, as it was not in service.

There seemed to be some grit or sand in the bottom of the pool.. The breakfast needed some attention and the coffee was bad.

The size of room.

The room was filthy , the beds had hair and nasty stuff all under sheets and by head board floor wasn'tvacuumed, had things stolen, pool water was freezing, and when myndaughyers went down to breakfast it was always empty amd not refilled.. Bad expiri

Hotel was very clean and had a large pool and hot tub. Breakfast was a nice bonus we were not expecting.

Pool was completely packed with kids that were not staying at the hotel. Multiple times it seemed like parents just drop kids off and let them run free. The children?s pool is extremely loud and it is hard to talk to others because you can?t hear them.

That it has a breakfast

One room we reserved had a loud noise off and on during the night. It was the suite with 2 bedrooms, Room 333

The room was large with a bedroom too. Nice size sofa. The breakfast was great with biscuits and gravy, bacon and eggs, muffins, waffles, juice and hot chocolate, and coffee.

The staff were quick to offer solutions and get a better room. The location was also good.

The first room stank of mold, and the ceiling in the bathroom began to collapse while we were ready for bed! Staff responded quickly with a room that smelled good and didn?t leak.

hot tub broke- would have gone else where- lack of staff and staff didn't do there job - free breakfast ** is not so great with curdled milk- room not set up with towels for 2 days ( our stay ) since they only clean your room if you stay 3 days or more

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the breakfast was good.

The heating/air conditioning fan was too loud.

Room space

Was dirty and transferred to a different room. Out of coffee. Hot tub broke.

The large room was very clean , and he breakfast was decent.

The location could be better, but it was quiet.

Location and the friendly staff.

Lack of follow thru, with the staff. Each morning we request new towels only and in the evening we call the desk and they would have us come down and pick up ourselves?

EXCELLENT BREAKFAST

Staff who checked us in stated my room number out loud. Most places no longer do that for safety. There was another guest in line or I wouldn't have thought twice about it.

Spacious and clean

The hot tub was not working. Sure would enjoy a sauna.
