Sleep Inn & Suites Verona - Madison Southwest

It is still under construction, a huge mess in the hallway where work is being done late into the night. Walls are paper thin, I heard snoring from the room next door all night. A $50 security deposit that manager assured me was taken off is still on card

Absolutely nothing.

The fact that this hotel was falsely advertised. Amenities and continental bfast, pool, kitchen essentials (fridge), clothes rack or storage were all non existent. Possibe bed bugs, and language barrier. Bed sheets were also dirty not changed.

This hotel is being renovated. Everything was new in my room which was nice. However, there wasn?t anywhere to keep or hang my clothes. The hotel was clean though.

The lady who works at night was very nice. She was accommodating and friendly. The man who works mornings was nice but asked me if I wanted to leave a tip for housekeeping. I told him no because housekeeping didn?t come to my room at all during my stay.

The desk staff were at least friendly (if not always there).

Literally NONE of the advertised amenities were provided - no pool, no hot tub, most importantly no breakfast. Note that they are STILL advertising these although they admit they have none of it actually available. Sink drain was clogged. Bad odors

Safe, clean, quiet and comfortable.

The price was better than most.

Unloading area at entrance was blocked with vehicles so the only place to park was the handicapped space. Couldn't get in the front door (locked) to check in; had to use phone in vestibule to call manager to let me in.

They are renovating the hotel, and it is clean. Beds were comfortable. It is a place to sleep and that is all. If the price is under $--- and you want a place to sleep. It is great.

It is VERY budget. Room is smallish. All amenities are budget. Pool was not available and has not been for a long time. Breakfast is very lacking.

the continental breakfast that they offered is not what we expected to be, the other hotels that we've been too before has a way better breakfast, we end up going to McDonalds next to the hotel room for breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The person working the front desk seemed ready and willing to help us with anything. Sometimes hotel workers might come off as annoyed or reluctant to help, we never got anything like that here.

The breakfast was pretty minimal quality, but a variety of options. Coffee, bananas, oatmeal, bread, pb&j, granola bars, milk, cereal, and yogurt. But there is a McDonald's right next door.

The hotel couldn't locate our reservation so we were turned away and needed to find another place to stay. It was after 10PM when we arrived, and we luckily found a bar where we could sit down and comfortably try to find another hotel. Miserable.

Once the hotel manager said we had no reservation, he didn't even offer a new one. We left because the drunk man in the hallway didn't exactly spell that was a nice place to stay.

Staff was very rude and disrespectful. The owner would not allow me to stay at the hotel, because my license had a Verona address. He wanted to know why I was staying at his hotel, I refuse to tell him because I believe that was a personal matter.

Although a breakfast was advertised, it was as minimal as I have ever seen. They charged a relatively high price for the room even though I suggested a more reasonable one.

Price per night. I had like --- per night. Only had abt 7 rooms booked. Two weeks from now i booked for--- per night same hotel.

Blood stains on pillow case. Rude front desk staff. Soda machine out of several flavors.

Websites can update rates so why not amenities? Pool not working.Toilet was filthy. Gummy candies under bed from previous guests hard to contact staff.

There was blood on the ceiling and on the counter in the bathroom, and the toilet stopped flushing. They gave us a 25% discount and barely seemed concerned, just collected details.

the outside looked presentable but that's all. Should have gotten an inkling when i noticed the parking lot was 100% Empty!!!

Dirty. Swimming Pool was closed. Person/manager was rude and horrible. THEY cancelled my reservation before we got to the room because i said i was disappointed in the hotel w/o the pool and said i'd like a discount on my room. They cancelled right there

Nice family run business. Friendly people. Great TV channel selection ( minus HBO) compared to similar hotels.

My Room was a little tight for two queen beds.

Pool and fitness center not open yet! Could only get into hotel by main door although there was a door very near to our room. Breakfast was pretty much gone a half hour before it was supposed to end, so ended up going out for breakfast.
