Pros +
- Awesome value, great location, no frills low cost option when many competitors have become so expensive
- The staff was very accomodating of my planned (very) late arrival.
- The price was fair.
Cons -
- The motel is pet friendly, and the room smelled like that for sure. Not ideal for a pet less guest.
- This is an old property that is far from fancy. It could be a real gem, but would take a significant investment to update.
- It could use some updates, carpet, bath fixtures leak, a coffee pot would be nice.

very close to where we needed to be to get up very early, fantastic location for that, also price is very satisfactory. nothing very fancy, more cabin like, rustic. which I enjoy. very comfortable.will go back again.
The staff was very friendly.
Room was very dirty, sheets weren't changed before we arrived and yet the bed was made and the room was given to us as "ready to go". Trash cans around the grounds were never emptied.
nothing was good, I couldn't even get into the room
welcoming, reasonably quiet, accommodating
