everything. Front desk lady was rude. She over charge me more for what my reservation stated. And supposedly she was the manager on duty, unprofessional! Breakfast was like microwave food. Couldn’t get room service when I asked for it (they were too busy)

location, price, quiet & nice room, clean facility were all great

The bed was super comfortable.

Staff just checked us in and didn’t really talked or tell us anything about the hotel, where the pool was, what time breakfast is served, etc.

Staff took 10 min to come to desk to check in. Old Pizza box in fridge. Staff had to be told twice to remove 1.84 per day safe fee. $4 ripoff water bottles in hotel room. Beds too soft. Slamming doors. Overpriced. Breakfast items ran out after 745 sat.

Hotel and room were clean and up to date. Good variety for breakfast. Staff at the front desk was very helpful!

Staff didn?t seem to care about breakfast problems or bathtub that didn?t drain

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It was very clean. We stayed when the hotel was full, and didn't hear any noise from the hallway, ther rooms surrounding us, or noise from outside. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Great breakfast, too!

The location.

Our rm had so much humidity that the carpet felt wet and the sheets were damp.Gross!!! Bath fan did not work and was filthy. The tub was so slippery- not safe. We asked for another room they said they were full. Said they would Fix and didn't.

Close to Lake Michigan

A/C did not work properly...room full of moisture when ac was on....clothes, pills moist.

Cleanliness, free breakfast had many options

Typical hotel, breakfast & coffee was definitely lacking quality. But for the price point it¿s what¿s expected.

The view was very beautiful. Loved it. My family said they would come back again for the view.

The service for breakfast was not the greatest. Had to ask for items to be made and restocked. No coffee, no eggs, cold hashbrowns, no waffle mix,no water,and no juice. The worker acted like I was bothering her by asking for her to do something.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable, we had a choice of pillows on the bed, great location to walk to restaurants. Staff was friendly. Coffee and hot water for tea available in the lobby. We would recommend this hotel and stay here again!

The second floor hallway was really cold, we stayed here in Jan and maybe they turned off the heat in the hallway, we could control our room temp. The included breakfast was lackluster.

So clean and quiet! Staff were super nice! Room was perfect! Great lobby coffee and breakfast. Good location to drive to GB for a couple days.

Clean, great location for walking downtown, views of the river. Breakfast is easy and has options. Always hot coffee or tea available . Clean rooms !!

Still using bars of soap. Suggest moving to mounted wall bottles to reduce waste . Possible added 1.75 for safe in room. Just seems odd and states can be removed..

Our first floor room was noisy during the night. Might have been next to their laundry room. All the staff just seemed like they didn¿t want to be there. Did not keep the hot food replenished.

The location. The view of Lake Michigan from our room was spectacular. Can't get views like that everyday.

We went down for breakfast of course my daughter wasn't wearing shoes because we were going back upstairs afterwards. We got spoken to by the cook saying we needed shoes. My son didn't have shoes on down there. Why were we targeted? No big deal, curious.

The location is great.

Rooms were filthy. Literally uncleaned. Unwashed bedding. Trash in bathroom garbage (filled from previous guest). Debris on floor. The front desk staff, while polite, is absent almost constantly so you have to call to have them come up.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! The suite was wonderful and the kitchen had all the necessities to prepare a meal. The housekeeping staff was wonderful and friendly. The hotel is pet friendly so that was a plus for us. Will be booking again in July.

The lobby was freezing day and night, but not a deciding factor on rebooking.

Comfortable beds and pillows in the rooms, great breakfast and the bathroom nightlight was an added bonus.

No, it was a wonderful experience.
