Econo Lodge Rice Lake

Staff at front desk was so kind and happy it was a pleasure to stay at. Breakfast was good the coffee was hot staff was on it the whole time. Highly recommend this hotel.

Used towels hanging on bathroom door, only one “clean” towel available. Made me wonder how much cleaning was even done.

Staff was nice

The bathroom was not cleaned properly. I had to wear flip flops in the shower and the toilet bowl needed to be scrubbed and smelled like urine.

Rooms were clean. Pool was nice. Continental breakfast was good.

Very Clean and quiet. Will stay there every time in Rice Lake

Would like to see a better breakfast offered. More hot foods, even if it is just microwavable breakfast sandwhich.

Nice pool, comfortable beds

In attempts to cancel my reservation because I have covid , the assistant Manager would not accommodate that. Did not care about me possibly infecting other guests.

Very nice motel at a great affordable value. Nice pool, facilities, laundry room if you need it. The location is great.

T.V. In the king suite is so far away from the bed that you need a magnifying glass to see it. They should add a small one to the wall near the bed.

T he front desk clerk was very nice and felt badly for having to put us in the budget room; which we paid the same price as a normal room plus a $25.00 pet fee.

This hotel accepts pets, but they put you in another building that is in need of repair and still charge you a premium to stay there. The tile floor needed to be replaced. The vanity laminate countertop was peeling, chipped and needed to be replaced.

I like that the pool stays open until 11.

Other guests were very loud until late into the night. Wish the pool was open later.

Was easy to find. And was quite.

The pool was cold. And the handle in the shower was either hot, or Luke warm. But over all I would stay there again.

The room was clean, quiet so we could sleep, the bed was comfortable very satisfied with our stay and will return for sure.

What a wonderful place well maintained, clean and staff was excellent.

The room was large and clean. It had a refrigerator and microwave. The pool looked very inviting though I didn't use it.

No elevator. I was on the 2nd floor and have some difficulty with stairs. Not that big a deal. I could have told them and they would have switched the room. The breakfast was bland with poor coffee.

Friendly atmosphere, quiet rooms.

Need more selections for breakfast. Like yogurt and boiled eggs and a few more cereal choices like raisin bran and oatmeal.

The room smelled of old smoke, it was not the cleanest, laminate peeling off bathroom door,had to turn sideways to get in the toilet. Totally not happy with the price I paid
