Quality Inn Rhinelander

The staff was amazing. We were very pleasantly surprised as to how nice everything was. Definitely a 100 ⭐️! The complimentary breakfast was great, again we were suprised as the selection. Great job!!! I would definitely recommend this hotel!!

The only disappointment was that the hot tub was being repaired, but actually we didn't even know that they had one when we booked our room. So really not a big deal.

From check in, impressed by the lobby and the welcoming desk staff, to the room itself, the walk past all the pool, the exercise room, kids arcade, to the breakfast room, all was clean and well maintained.

I found nothing out of place, nothing to mention in a a negative way at all.

The staff was very friendly and helpful during the check in process. They also were an asset when asked about the location of any near by restaurants.

The room, the price, and the staff exceeded my expectations and the great location was a bonus.

Location was good. Manager was willing to work with us ,much appreciated.

Needs updating, mold on grout in shower, paint peeling in bathroom.

The front desk guy was not happy friendly, just profesional.

The gym equipment was out of order.

- The hot tub was closed - Pool water felt colder to me than what I expected - Took a very long time to get the room warm - No elevator - The scrambled eggs and yogurt were questionable.

Yes the hot tub was out of order so we couldn't use it We traveled an hour for the hot tub

use of cab for shuttle, was late in picking us up R/t unknown reason, very nice driver

Our room was newly renovated, so it was very nice. Beds were comfortable and the shower was great too.

Staff very nice. Last time I rented a newly remodeled room which was wonderful. This one was fine.

I think the common areas can use a touch-up as well as the rooms that have not been remodeled yet.

Disrepair. The sign says remodeling is in process. The room doorknob was loose, and you could see wear marks on the door, showing that it had been loose for a long time. Hallways to the second level are poorly lit. The pool and spa area were closed.

Shuttle to airport

Traveling with and 86 year old and there is no where mentioned we were required to take a second floor room with no elevator. Hot tub not functioning. Chairs in pool area low to the ground.

The friendly staff, accommodating pet policy, and the cleanliness of the room! I loved the showerhead in the bathroom!

It was dirty. The sink did not drain. The pillows were stained yellow.

Cleanliness very dated, there was construction going on somewhere in hotel but not on the 1st floor.

They do not have a hot tub any longer like was advertised in pictures. The fridge in my room didnt work and was moldy inside and stunk really bad when I opened it.

Sign stated they were renovating but we did not see any evidence of any work being done during our three nigh stay.

I arrived at 11pm for checking. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful.

There was blood on the sheets. Couldn¿t tell if it was fresh or hadn¿t come out in the laundry. Sticky rings on the night stand.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly.

Overall the hotel felt dated, but they are updating currently. The parking lot is in need of repair.
