Room dirty, shower had hair and was dirty, booked double queen room and didn’t have one available so got a standard

Hotel staff had all sorts of issues. We were down-graded to queen room after booking a King. Took 45min to check in bc staff couldn't figure out their computer system.

The woman working at the check in was more concerned about being on her cell phone and was not helpful or professional. There was no body wash or shampoo in the room.

Staff was friendly and whole building was clean.

The breakfast selection at 9:30am on Sunday morning was very limited, though a large conference was in town.

This hotel was very clean and quiet. We stayed in 2 different rooms and they were both very clean and we couldn't hear any noises from any other guests. All of the staff I encountered were very nice. Breakfast was excellent and had a nice selection.

The only complaint would be that the fan in the pool area was very loud and annoying. The pool was also chilly. Neither of these would stop me from staying here again though.

It was clean

Took 3 tries to have keys made to get into our room. And the hot tub did not work all the time.

Very clean and new! Staff was great all around. A welcome addition to the area.

More vegan options for breakfast

Even though it's a new building, it didn't smell like toxic construction materials. I found it easy to breathe in the building.

Clean and convenient

Holiday Inn did not honor the amount I accepted for the stay when I booked four nights through Booking.com. Unfortunately I did not learn about this discrepancy until checkout. I was charged well over the contracted price I had accepted with the third party (Booking.com). Their explanation was the third party is only an estimate and does not include all charges. It felt like a bait and switch as they got me to their establishment with the third parties price but charged me whatever they wanted upon checkout. This information was not explained at check in.

It was a very clean and well put together hotel. A high end hotel feel and a more affordable price. Excellent amenities and breakfast. Staff did an excellent job at everything.

needed a little more parking space for people pulling a boat. But we did ok by parking where the semi truck parked.

Clean, friendly staff, great beds

We enjoyed meeting folks at the fire pit after dinner.

Front desk did not have an extra battery for the remote control for our window shade .We were unable to lower the shade completely. We used couch cushions to block the view from the sidewalk outside our room. The room was great/not the window treatment.

Breakfast, new hotel

Room was not clean, sand on bed sheets in one of the beds, sunscreen or some kind of oil all over the headboards.

Room was clean and fresh. Love the Dove products and having a microwave and fridge. Good breakfast.

We tried to book directly with the hotel, where either the hotel or the national IHG agent tried to add on an additional $35 “recovery” fee to the rate. We booked at Booking.com with no additional fee.

The outdoor patio was a blessing . It was a relaxing and peaceful. The breakfast was delicious and had options beyond normal.

The only issue we had was the shower door wouldn’t stay shut it was like it wasn’t level or something.

Clean and nice staff

They offer breakfast however they had their only front desk worker handle the breakfast too . Did not makes sense. Food was not stocked and poorly run breakfast

Absolutely top notch, from the lobby to the room itself. Good space, good lighting, good furnishings. Plenty of free parking.

Close to town

Limited amenities. Coffee not available. Water not available.

Love how new and clean the facility is.

Our shower conditioner was filled with body wash. Minor hiccup; not a big deal.

Breakfast was delicious.

Pool was closed . Microwave had crumbs inside and carpet wasn't vacuumed very well .
