  • I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and nice, and the front desk staff was super friendly. The breakfast was really good and felt up to Best Western standards—they even had my favorite frittatas, which I loved. Another big plus for me was the bar right next to the hotel, especially since I was there for leisure.I did notice some older reviews that didn’t seem accurate, so I asked the hotel staff and they mentioned it used to be a Fairfield and that the management has changed since then. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Nothing

The day we checked in this hotel was no longer affiliated with Marriott. Nothing worked. The hotel refund the money back to Booking and I was supposed to get a refund with in 10 days, it never happened. I’ll never use Booking again.

It was closed, there was no Fairfield in Racine, I had no reservation anywhere. This was a bad experience.
