Cobblestone Hotel & Suites - Pulaski

Very clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hot tub or heated pool water would have been a plus - however it did not distract from the quality stay we enjoyed.

The breakfast needed a lot of improvement. Not much to choose from. There was no coffee or hot water for tea on the third day because the coffee pit was broke. The egg omelets were frozen and watery in the middle and there was no microwave to warm them

Garbage spilling out of the trashcan coffee was cold swimming pool was closed and then open then closed TV not working. Someone was supposed to come up. We ended up figuring it out ourselves. Nobody ever did come up to address the situation.

check-in, told the pool was closed leaving for an event, bunch of kids in the pool, party going on desk clerk said the pool is open. Pool closed in the morning sign on the door very unhappy we could not use the pool but a private party could

Bed quality and pillow quality was poor. Food was not good - moldy muffins and bread, cold "hot" water for tea, juice dispenser and waffle maker was broken or not working.

Very comfortable beds

No instruction on the kind of confusing shower. I had to google how to get the shower to turn on as it isn't common faucet set up. (tub turns on easy, how to get the shower to spray isn't obvious)

Newer hotel. Clean. Close to restaurants.

The reviews mentioned a great breakfast but they stopped refilling the food 45 minutes before the posted time of 9:00am. Manager was AWOL for 30 minutes and didn't seem to care.

For me, the location is perfect. I live 90 miles from my Dr and this hotel is 1/2 a mile away from the office

The no-cancel reservation. I made this reservation 3 months in advance, anything can happen, which did, but I wasn;t able to cancel and I had no choice but to go stay there.

great service, clean inside and out, friendly staff

The hotel was a newer clean facility that provided all that was necessary and then some. We were comfortable.

The location was not the best.

It was close to where we needed to be.

I love walking back into a freshly made hotel room after being gone all day and this hotel did not offer this. We had to call and request more towels just so we could shower again.

completely hopeless Paid cash for room at checkout got home and found they billed my card not once but twice had to wait 5 days to get resolved manager was hopeless

Nice and quiet yet with an indoor pool for the family. Staff was terrific very eager to please. Everything you might expect in a new hotel. Great bed. Great Once the word gets out rates will certainly rise. Food was only an 8 out of 10 sterno was not on.
