bed was very nice

the soaps smelled terrible, it was like a mixture of patchouli and oily hair. The lady who checked me in was not very welcoming or helpful, the check in and check out process was very confusing and she was the opposite of helpful.

It was in a great location, clean and had $12 off each of our breakfasts.

There was street noise at night and towels were rough.

Quiet yet in the middle of a picturesque town with plenty of fun things to do.

Have stayed here a number of times. I always wish they would provide coffee in the lobby for guests - at least in the early morning before nearby coffee shops open.

Yes our room wasn¿t ready for almost 2 hours after check in time, they had a broken light in the pool my son sliced his finger on, the hot tub was nasty water and didn¿t have a safe in the room there wasn¿t alternative pillow options.

We loved its location on the harbor. And we could walk two blocks either direction and visit all the shops and restaurants. Safe, clean, interesting! Better than staying along any highway!

Room was next to road, loud street noise, hardly any room for counter space in the room or bathroom, tv was mounted to low on wall, no microwave, TV had limited use due to remote control, I was told not to use certain buttons on TV remote

It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and efficient. It was close to the lake and town with lots of cute shops.

Clean, easy to find. Nice staff. Snack/ gift shop.

My room said it had a separate sitting area but it did not. Very little parking. Restaurant had weird hours. Price seemed a little steep.

Not just this hotel but if there may not be room service each day, it would be nice if a room of 4 is staying more than one night that they could have 'extra towels, hand soap, coffee, cups..already available in room rather than asking for more at desk.

Over-aggressive checkout routine. Despite "Do Not Disturb" sign hung on door, first house-keeping and then management knocked on the door a half hour before checkout time?? Seemed a bit strange.
