Friendly staff. Easy check in and out. Clean comfy room

Breakfast not the best but minor IMO

Room smelled of a cigarette smoker.

Room is clean. Front desk gave me a room close to the side door so it's easy to access my car.

All the wall power outlets were loose, thus my cellphone and pad chargers could not be securely plug in and stay. My cellphone did not get charged at all the next morning since it fell off from the loose outlet. We were in room #107.

Location is convenient and room was updated / clean.

Room cleanliness was way below what is expected for a $--- per night room. Pillows and bedding in one room smelled like smoke and our other room smelled like a marijuana dispensary.

It was exceptionally clean and maintained and the rooms was well stocked. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, even going out of their way to help make our stay perfect.

I was very impressed by the updates they have made to this hotel. It was fresh and modern. Too many hotels are completely run down these days. It truly was a breath of fresh air!

I was extremely disappointed to find out upon check in that the pool was closed. It was posted at the front that it had been closed since December 4. As a listed amenity of the hotel, I feel that they should reveal that information in advance.

I¿ve stayed in many hotels in La Crosse and this is definitely my favorite. Nice room, great breakfast, fair price.

The staff were all great and the breakfast was fantastic!

Really the only complaint we have is that our room STUNK! Don't stay in room 124 if you go. It was awful and smelt like an old sour wet mop or towel. The front desk was kind enough to give us some industrial air freshener but it didn't help.

Hotel is aging. Not as nice as newer ones. Bathroom is very small!

Room was nice size and the Breakfast was excellent! Didn't get a chance to use the pool.

The only negative would be that our room was the farthest away from the elevator but not a big deal.

Location, come mthly to visit my ill mother and price is affordable. Staff was average, could be alittle more welcoming at front desk check-in and check-out. Talked to front desk about odor in room twice and nothing was done. Stay there again? Unsure...

I've stayed there before, monthly to visit my ill mother. Last time room was spotless, but smoke smell from outside people smoking. This time room had a terrible odor, complained. Felt sick when waking up, paint from patches in ceiling?? Nothing was done.

Nice room and well maintained property. A good location to food and transportation. Breakfast options a bit limited. Overall very good stay.
