TownePlace Suites by Marriott Oconomowoc

The room was nice

Firstly we got put in a room that was not cleaned yet and had to move Secondly there was a fire in the hotel Christmas morning and no one even checked on us to see if we were ok. Or said sorry about the inconvienece. Also breakfast ends too soon at 9

super friendly staff, we were visiting family in town and the hotel allowed us to bring our grandchildren to the hotel to swim on Friday evening

New but comes with learning curve. Still alot of construction during and dust lingering in rooms and halls. Needs a deep cleaning and better dusting upkeep. Everything else is great.

Needs a good wipe down on walls in hallways and all surfaces of rooms to clean overall dust and construction dust and drywall

Brand new, fresh and clean. Large room, kitchenette with fridge a huge plus. Good location near highway and dining. Easy parking.

Hotel is brand new, definitely needs to work out some kinks. Did not uphold full "expected" standards, but only been open less than a week. Some issues left a more negative impression. Overall a very nice property once they work out some issues.

The rooms were very nice.Good size very well furnished with very nice decorations and furniture. Seems like everything I needed was there.

Breakfast ended too early.

all good

the room was so cold but manager brought me a space heater which made it tolerable, thankful for her!

Location, easy in out access.Andrew, manager was very nice and helpful. Very pleasant.

The shower was slippery and like having a safe in the room.

It was clean and quiet.

The self serve beverage and snacks weren’t stocked..

The location is nice and the rooms are nice

The pool was cold. We didn't get any room service until we had to ask and they still forgot. Once they did come, it wasn't clean at all.

The proximity of our destinations.

Hallway was loud. There are few usb ports. The floor in the bathroom was cold and the toilet paper holder was unexceptionable. It is poorly designed Toilet paper kept falling off!

Easy, clean, friendly seamless experience, good breakfast

The location was excellent for our visit to Oconomowoc.

It was a very noisy night. A family was staying on the floor directly above us. They spent the night jumping very much. It was loud and difficult to sleep. I contacted the staff on duty but the noise continued.

Very great for the value wish we were staying longer

The waffle maker didn’t have spray oil and my waffle was ruined and I was super excited for a waffle.

This was hands down the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed it!! Clean rooms/ awesome room layouts/ super organized with everything you could need.

The room was one of the nicest I’ve been in a while- nice kitchenette with full size fridge and a stove. Very roomy and clean. Comfortable beds

They messed up our reservation which caused us not to have a room.

I'm not sure how this could have occurred when I had the confirmation number that there was a room reserved.

I love the set up of the rooms and how spacious it was as well as the amenities. The bed is comfortable and room is clean and stocked with utensils and cooking utensils if needed.

continental breakfast was okay, and I could had more options and food out . Fruit was not ripe, and bananas were still green, but all in all, it wasn't bad

Still a very new building, so everything is up to date and fresh!

The "sofa bed" was a joke. Nearly booked another room as it was just a box, basically.
