La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Milwaukee SW New Berlin

The convince and the rooms were nice for the cost. Everything was clean and up to par when we checked in.

The smell in the lobby and the pool was not heated and very cold.

The electronic shade on the window was not hooked up. When staff was told about it we were told to push the button and that it was impossible because they checked every room. We could not let natural light in the room which was bad for my elderly mother.

The room temp was not controllable. The shower soap was a tiny soap bar.

Back door always open (broken lock). Rooms had lots of wear and tear and carpet was filthy. Air conditioner couldn't keep up and made consistent loud noises. After 9am, on day of checkout, they deactivate room keys (we got locked out, briefly)

The whole hotel smelled like chlorine and cleaning spray. The lobby was hot and humid. The ac in the room had to be put on the lowest level to keep the humidity at bay. You can hear everything above and below you and the hallway and flushing of toilets.

The room wasn't clean. there were few hangers, only one chair.There was no coffee at breakfast.

The room were clean but common doaces were dirty. The elevator was filty snd the emergeny phone frll open when we were on it. The coffee maker broke on thr 3rd day and no coffee was put out. Old bbq garbage was piled in pavilion area, Stairwell dirty.

The coffee in the lobby is terrible, thankfully there is a coffee shop right next door. I can't even describe it, just awful.

Our room was updated and spacious

The pool was dirty, visible dirt accumulation on the bottom. There was a strong incense/perfume smell that took over the whole main lobby/breakfast area. We didn?t smell it in our room until we turned on the heat and then our whole room smelled that way

Booking was fast and easy- breakfast was well stocked

Parking lot wasnt cleared well/ sidewalk s weren¿t shoveled well- Hot tub broken ( jets didn¿t work) pool was freezing- unable to use.No towels in pool area-told to use towels from room- asked for additional towels to take a shower, was told all out.

That it didnt burn down while I was in it

They charged me an extra $150 after I left and said it was for damage to the floor. Total bs there was no damage when i asked to see it they said it was dirty. Big difference between dirty and damaged!!! Dont stay here they are scammers

Disregard any reviews prior to about 4 months ago. The hotel went through a massive renovation and we had no issues! We were prepared with a backup plan if the reviews were true but all of the issues have been resolved. It was a lovely stay.

The location is convenient yet it feels out of the way due to the cul-de-sac it us located on. The rooms were clean and updated, beds were decent, and the breakfast was good.

The hot tub seemed to have too much chlorine and the timer was not working properly.

I booked a room with two twin beds, two months in advance. When we got to the hotel, they only had a room with a king size bed, and a pull out couch. We went in the room and there was a smoke alarm that was beeping loudly. I never got two dbl beds.

We had a room that was redone. Very nice. Entry light was a little annoying but we jimmy rigged it to not come on in the middle of the night.

Setting was pretty. Near Texas roadhouse was good. Breakfast was pretty good. Room was pretty nice, newly redecorated.

Under construction not so good. Room lacked hangers, elevator was slow, 1 ice machine worked, on 1st floor only. Was overpriced.

The room was perfect ! The staff was great !! Hotel employee was outstanding and very helpful as was the male desk clerk on Sunday . I had a late checkout ! 2 pm. perfect !

some unruly. guests. on my floor but they took care of them & it was quiet again ! Great. breakfast and I lovrd the coffee bar!!!!

Always nice, helpful people. Clean, convenient location to where we need to be/what we are doing. Texas Roadhouse and IHOP in the next parking lot and an Italian restaurant next to the movie theater.

Breakfast was great! Hot food scrambled eggs and sausage. Lots of options.

There was dog hair on the floor and on the bedsheets.
