great location

very few parking spots and we didnt get much sleep because of the stomping in the room above us later at night and very early in the morning

The bed was so comfortable and the shower had great pressure. I was flying out early the next morning and they gave me a brown paper bag with my choice of a few breakfast options since I would be done before their breakfast was out. Super cool!

Not much parking

Our hotel room was quiet and comfortable.

There were several large crowds of parents & children at the hotel for sports events. The parents monopolized outdoor space surrounding the hotel & were partying. Staff didn't seem to care.

Staff was very nice and very helpful. Great location if you want to explore downtown.

Parking was limited close to the hotel with the exception of spare lots across the street which is understandable for downtown. However, the parking lots were not clear of snow and ice build up which made it difficult for pulling luggage and walking.

Not sure what would constitute a charge on the extra 50.00 taken from my debit card. 5 dollars for a bottle of water in guest room exorbitant price.

The breakfast was amazing. The kids loved the pool. Very clean hotel. All staff we came across were very friendly.

Coffee pot in room malfunction. The start button wouldn’t depress to start. All prepped and no go.

The room was well-appointed.

The pool is closed and was the only reason we stayed here. I spoke with the staff twice before our stay and no one told us the pool was closed. There is nothing on their website nor the listing about the property having their pool closed. We live just down the road. I asked for a refund and said I would leave and not stay, but there has been zero response. The employee simply said the chemicals in the pool were “too messed up” for anyone to swim. ???? They can’t even offer a free night’s stay? We could have stayed at home and NOT spent $215 if we weren’t going to swim in a pool - my house is much larger and breakfast is free there, too.

Like the beds and clean facility. Also very nice to have complimentary coffee, hot chocolate and tea for guests.

I noticed the carpet in the room was not vacumed. There was crumbs from food and little rubber bands from little kids hair on the floor from previous occupant

Clean, comfortable and modern. Excellent location in the center of town but near highway for access.

The rooms was very spacious and clean. The beds were very comfy. We would stay her again.

Parking…clearly not enough spots for the number of rooms so trying to park on the street at night was not fun after a long day.

Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of pillows for sleeping. We really liked the options of firm or soft pillows. Breakfast was great! We were on the 4th floor & the temp in the room stayed comfortable while the temps outside were hot & humid. Water pressure in the shower was excellent. We will definitely stay again.

Parking lot was VERY small, but there was plenty of street parking.

Nice staff.

Bath tub didn't drain properly. Body fluids on the bathroom wall behind the sink faucet.
