The hotel was falling apart, there was a chunk of the building propping open what was supposed to be to be a secured door. Hot tub out of service. Breakfast was not good. Staff did not speak English well enough to express my concerns. A true dump

Quiet location. TV worked. Nice soap in rooms. Kind staff.

This hotel was very dirty, looked like construction going on but did not see any construction... our room was not vacuumed properly, had tissues holding the drawer closed and visible urine stains down the bathroom wall.

The air conditioning, mini fridge/freezer and Direct TV were great!

Sheets of one bed were stained, on the other bed they were torn (I opted for the torn). The shower curtain rod looked moldy. The clock didn't work. Front desk person was on a conference call so he barely spoke to me, hard time hearing him over the call

Nothing to like about this this motel. Not very clean, odor in the hallway, run down. Felt like people where living there full time. Did feel very safe. Outside door locks didn't work.

The staff was present and friendly.

It needs some maintenance attention. We had wall plugs that didn't work and lights that flickered. The pool area was mildew and had an odor and you could visibly see black mildew/mold on wood window frames.

Refrigerator was on a wall switch by door which we did not realize till we were leaving and refrigerator was off. No lights could be turned on when entering without stumbling in dark. Sheets badly stained.

Unlike many hotels that now use thin blankets, this one's bed and blankets were very comfortable. I was very impressed with the hot breakfast buffet with scrambled eggs and sausage! I enjoyed the waffles. I didn't have to eat all day until the evening.

Location to our event

Used soap bar was left on an upper corner of the shower. Given a partially filled shampoo bottle from the front desk. Sheets (hopefully clean) but old stains. Nice couple that ran the hotel but the corner cutting was too much.

I've been there before. It's not clean, it's not secure, the staff is not friendly, the breakfast is not fresh and the pool is cold. I was given 3 hotels for a great price, but you got to book it and only after I paid. Of course, you booked me in the dump

I don't like anything about that dumpy hotel and ended up booking with someone else. Thanks for wasting my time and money. I assure you, it'll NEVER happen again!

Showed a really nice pool area. In reality it was dingy and the hot tub was empty and in disrepair.

Yes. I thought by staying at this motel that advertised park and fly (shuttle service) the cost to park there would be included in my room rate. It was not. I had to pay an extra $5.00 per day. Had I known that I wouldn't have stayed overnight.

it turned into a nightmare when a couple next door started screaming and fighting with each other. I called the front desk to complain and the person asked me ¿so what¿s the problem¿. Awful service, no breakfast, hot tub empty and pool was dingy

unannounced hidden fees before I bought and check in. And lewd Behavior by one of the employees bordering on pornography .I stayed at Quality Inn several times and never had an experience this bad.

Helpful staff, both man and woman, clean room, Very comfortable bed. Nice continental breakfast. Would stop again.

The location and 24/7 shuttle service to CWA are very helpful, especially with early flight times. All staff I encountered during my stay were very kind and pleasant.

The hotel itself is in very poor condition in my opinion. I've stayed in many Quality Inn locations and other assorted hotels over the years, and this one could definitely use some updating and extra cleaning.
