- Ambiance, Uniqueness, comfy rooms- loved the fun retro feel IE- the records/record players in each room - awesome!!!

- Everything was perfect from the moment you stepped in the door. Lovely upscale hotel, fantastic location if you are going to a play. Wonderful beds and charming decor.
Cons -
- Communication was difficult with some of the staff - led to some room issues not getting resolved.
- No fan in bathroom nor could I find a thermostat in the room.

They made my birthday fun. Free champagne in the room as well as a Birthday card. The room was very nice. Bed was super comfy. The art in the rooms and throughout hotel. Live music in lobby and fun food and cocktails.
