The location.
Hotel was not to expectation for cleaning, and the elevators took over 30 minutes to be able to use.

Wifi was spotty throughout the weekend,
There was blood splatter (about 7-10 spots of about 1" each) across the carpet of the room. I took photos and showed them to the manager who sent the cleaning team to scrub them but the stains remained even after cleaning. I was not given another room.
The hotel elevators for horrible. The Parking was a mess and took hours to get our car

Location

I reserved 9 rooms for a group trip. We arrived at check-in (3 p.m.) but didn?t get into our rooms until 4:15?some waited until 5:30. Worst part: 3 families booked 2 beds but got king rooms instead (they had kids). One family even left because of it.
